Domainracer is best hosting in terms of customer support, service and speed. They are really very helpful people and prompt in solving your problems. I chat with a guy named Imrose. He is very sweet and humble in listening my problem and sorted it out immediately when I was chating with him. Domainracer is really trustworthy compared to my past experiences with other hosting services. Shared hosting speed is superb. Its blazing fast. You won't get it anywhere else. I am extremely happy with it.

Worst experience of my life
They closed my account without warning after I had paid about $200 for reseller hosting and refused to refund, claiming that I caused instability on their servers. Stay away from this company.

Best customer service, somewhat lacking in technical help
I've been with DomainRacer for about a year now and I was attracted to them thanks to their very friendly and sincere customer service. Their pricing is reasonable, and the servers seem to be up most of the time.
Two things that didn't go as well as I had hoped for:
1. I would've liked to have a say in my SSH username for my account which was assigned without consulting me. My previous hosting service was able to do this. It could not be changed afterwards. This is really a very minor inconvenience.
2. Recently, my ownCloud setup stopped working without me doing anything and I had to re-install everything and re-sync all my data to get it back up. This was a bit of a pain.
In both cases above, the customer service agents were patient and tried their best to help and I am appreciative of that. I hope they will do something to improve the technical support a little bit.
Overall, I'm very satisfied and would recommend someone to go with DomainRacer.

The hosting services were ok but I had downtime for a whole day and I couldn't even reach customer support. They wouldn't let me cancel my account considering I was within the money back garenty so I had to dispute the payment with PayPal to get my money back.
