We had another repair company come in three times, having us order parts and being unable to fix the machine, They recommended buying a new machine saying our Miele was only ment to last around 4 years. Domes fixed the machine on a single visit, with no need to purchase more parts. I wish I called them first.

They were very quick to come out. The repairs man was on time, he was easily recognised as being from domex. He was very polite and considerate of my disabilities. When I still had problems He was back by the next day. Very professional.

Can’t believe I went online to book a repair and got one for the very next day. Was text to say he would come between 1 and 4 then another text to say the engineer was on his way. Super efficient got the machine fixed and he was on his way. Brilliant service!!

The engineer who attended resolved my issue with my washing machine which was great, but the engineer asked to use my toilet before he finished his job and did a number 2 (without my knowledge) which STANK out my whole flat. I was not impressed that I had to suffer in my flat with this terrible smell in this hot summers day. :(

Repairing my tumble dryer.
I needed to book for an engineer to repair my tumble dryer who stopped working, and I’ve managed to find a next day appointment.
Domex kept me updated throughout the repair by email and text message.
The engineer contacted me 15 minutes before the appointment time and when he arrived he showed me his ID card.
The engineer managed to find the issue and replaced the part straight away.
The engineer was professional and very polite and answered all my questions during the repair.
I am very pleased with the service and will really recommend to others.

Domex is my first point of call when any appliance needs fixing. The booking system clearly shows availability and there is transparency from the beginning about pricing. The booking windows are kept to and there is clear communication on the day from the engineers, who are skilled and explain what is needed to remedy the situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
