Wow. Look at these review scores. Fits the profile! They responded to consumer affairs and straight up lied to them. The owner Peter D'Andrea. These people absolutely amaze me the whole franchise of the Domino's on Cumberland Ave now moved to near campus, don't know address right off, but they are the most dishonest, abusive, people with no integrity what so ever. Lied and said they never received payment for the pizza, but I have proof they did . Said I refused a check in the mail . USPS does not come to our apts so I never got the chance to take it or not . They refused to put the money back on my card. These people served me a hour in half old pizza, promised a refund, lied about issuing it, and cussed me and mocked me, when they did this crap. They were very verbally abusive. Rob, Cocoa were the worst . Tyler lied to me numerous times, they all did, then Tyler sent me txt admitting the refund was never issued. But to lie to consumer affairs and tell them their pursuing legal action towards me, I hope they do cuz I have proof of every single thing I've said, Not to mention they will only be retaliating . Something very shady about that place and the people Do not trust any of them . And for any fast food place to serve someone a hour and half old pizza says it all

To maximize profit they employ people who are barely functional and could not care less. Oddly the Service Domino's provide reflects the culture they aspire to.

I chose poorly this evening and after some time from being a regular but less these days due to rising costs I needed a treat which is out there somewhere and never arrived.

My address is simple, I added a note to explain more and I had calls from a delivery guy which were just garbage and he had no idea where he was.

What a complete mess but they have my money and I have no order.

I wanted to order a gluten-free BBQ chicken pizza with no cheese due to my dietary requirements. I was told that gluten-free pizzas could only be ordered through the app, but the app doesn't allow cheese to be removed from a gluten-free pizza.

When I explained this, staff were unable to take my order or provide a solution. This is the second time this has happened, as I was previously told allergy-related orders could not be taken over the phone either.

I don't understand why staff are unable to take allergy-friendly orders when the app and website don't offer the necessary options. As a result, I was unable to place an order at all.

Domino's needs to improve its service for customers with dietary requirements.

My dominos location is usually very good, always on time, good food etc. I have no idea what went wrong this time but the food was made on time, but the delivery driver was just taking the mick. I could see on the tracking that he was just sat down the road from me for 25-30minutes, and when he finally shows up at my door (over 30mins late) he has the NERVE to be so incredibly rude to me and say he couldn’t find my house. Yes my house is a little difficult to find but I could see on the tracking he was just sat down the road not moving, and it NEVER takes anyone that long to find us. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered pizza and was late.. gave me code for free pizza but funny enough can't use it... phoned shop in dudley not interested absolute scam never Order from here again.

Delivered to wrong address!

Placed an order on the app, one vegetarian and one plant based pizza. We waited and then got a message saying pizza delivered, it hadn’t been! I called the place only to be told it was delivered to a house 2 doors away. Dominoes didn’t call me despite knowing this already, and having my mobile number but I to wait until I called them for them to tell me this! A call or text would have been nice and appreciated. The then said they could do the order again and send me a voucher, I refused the voucher as I have no intention of ordering again. I had to ask what else they would offer and got 50% off the order and waited again for the order which arrived.

The Pizzas - the vegetarian one was fine but the vegan one only comes with thin and crispy base, I’ve had better pizza from the supermarket, plant based one not worth the money at all.

Really disappointed.

Display misleading offers on store windows - ordered as per offer to be charged more , when I questioned it I was told I could only have a maximum if 2 toppings for the offer price - this despite the images of the pizzas in the offer all had more than 2 toppings on them

Pizza delivered was incorrect! I phoned them and explained to them! ! They said they wouldn’t deliver another one for free! They were really rude! No apologies

Do not buy from domino's bracknell high street. Pizza arrives cold and literally thrown together.

I spend over £2000 a year at dominos. My son orders the extra dips.. but they continually charge for them and don't deliver them. So a loyal customer:
1. Doesn't have a satisfactory meal
2. Has to go through all the email hassle just to get a refund
3. Gets no compensation for the mistakes Dominos make.

They gave me a free pizza before... but refused to this time. I told them if they didn't I'd just take my £2k and spend it with their competitors. They refused to budge so I'm giving another well known pizza company all my money.

Absolutely awful
Is it even pizza ? Bland bases and sauces that taste of nothing, scarce toppings, the pizza themselves are absolutely nothing without adding some kind of dip for some taste, and then all your doing is adding a dip to taste up a really bland dough.
Dont waste your money, make your own for an example I added 2 topping peppers and jalapeños, what a laugh honestly 2 slices of pepper on the entire pizza and 3 cut pieces of jalapeño.
Never again.

Ordered from Hoyland branch, after an hour was told delivery was delayed due to car issues but assured a fresh pizza would be made as had meat on it, finally delivered 46 mins later, pizza COLD & dry so obviously been sat out waiting for delivery, tried contacting shop again, no response! Didn't eat as worried about food poisoning, disgusting really for how much it cost & the fact I was lied to, have requested a refund

Shocking service. Ordered for collection was advised 20 mins wait. Not a problem I thought I’ll wait. Screen says it’s ready and they ask my name I’m told sorry 5 more minutes. 5 minutes pass I ask again. To be told it’s nearly ready. Bearing in mind this was 5 mins ago I was told this. I wait again. Then ask where my food is. They’ve then said it’ll be five more minutes. At this point I’m beginning to wonder where it is. Turns out they’ve lost the pizza. So now I have to wait another 15 mins for a new one. So all in all 30 mins longer for a pizza than should have been necessary. It’s a basic thing to make a customer order, cook it and then supply it. How hard can it be. Blatantly very hard for Dominos in Exeter. Disgusting service, and all I had as a sorry was a small bottle of coke.

Pizza expensive, cold and didn’t taste right. A total waste of money- never again!!

It doesn't matter how good your pizza is if you constantly put stupid prices and mark ups.

What's most infuriating is your stupid offers and deals..

You offer buy 1 get one free offers for nhs but can only do it on their most expensive pizza... Which means it's made completely irrelevant.
Its no cheaper then your own deal... Which is also rubbish.

Ordered online and found it bizarrely difficult to confirm my choice of toppings, they’ve changed the system for some reason. Collected my order and yes, no toppings on it! The manager very kindly ordered me a new pizza- I was asked which toppings I wanted at least 3 times and I confirmed I wanted pepperoni and pineapple. “Ham & pineapple?” No, pepperoni & pineapple! 10 mins later I was handed a ham & pineapple pizza; I didn’t complain I just took it. I don’t know what they’ve done differently but the pizza was the most tasteless thing I’ve ever eaten, literally every element tasted of nothing. Dough not seasoned, cheese not salty, pineapple not sweet and ham not meaty. Very disappointed and I won’t order from this store again.
