I have never had such personal service

I have never had such personal service. I spoke to the rep Ana a few times who helped me with a return and exchange, for the next size, she also gave me very detailed advise on the different fits and what she suggested would suit me, I do not buy much online and am not very technical. Amazing to be able to actually talk to someone who was also very kind and caring, instead of endless form and e.mails, the usual norm.

Bad service

I cannot get in touch with anyone in Donna Ida
I put my order in 1st November and still don’t have
my item. I also saw the same piece on sale 30 percent less than what I paid.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’ve looked back through your order and the correspondence with our team, and I can see that you were in touch with us several times and received updates and options throughout the process.

Your jumpsuit was a pre order piece, and our team confirmed the late November delivery timeframe as soon as you reached out. You were also offered a refund at that stage if you preferred not to wait, and you let us know you were happy to continue.

Once your jumpsuit was dispatched, you would have received your automatic shipping notification. During the order process our team also kept you updated, including confirming the pre order timeline. We didn’t hear anything further until your review, which was the first indication that you were unhappy. As soon as we saw it, we checked the tracking, saw the parcel had been held up in Lisbon, and immediately raised this with FedEx to get it released. We then reached out to you directly with an update and offered to honour the Black Friday price to support you as best we could. We haven’t yet had a reply to that message, but we’re here the moment you need us.

We genuinely believe we have offered you exceptional customer service throughout, so we are very sorry you don’t feel that way and felt the need to leave a 1-star review. We always want every customer to feel heard and looked after, and I hope this helps clarify the steps taken behind the scenes to assist you at every stage.

I completely understand how waiting for a pre order can feel longer than expected, so I wanted to clarify the journey of your order to offer some reassurance.

You purchased a pre order piece with an estimated November delivery, and our team kept you updated throughout the process. Your jumpsuit arrived with us as planned, and it was dispatched to you on 28 November with FedEx International Shipping, which we estimate a 6 to 7 working day timeframe to reach you. Your parcel was delivered on 3 December, well within that timeframe.

You were also emailed several times with updates as the shipment moved through production and into our warehouse, and you would have received your automatic dispatch notification as soon as it left us. When you reached out on 2 December, our stylist replied straight away with your tracking number and confirmation that the parcel was already on its way to you.

We are sorry it felt much longer from your side. Pre orders can easily give that impression, especially when you are excited for your jumpsuit. I hope this helps clarify that your order was delivered on time and that our team were in touch regularly to keep you updated.

Excellent support from staff

Excellent support from staff. Not pushy but really polite, helpful and guide you to get the right size, fit and style. The jeans and jumpsuits fit in a way other brands just don't. Donna and team know and understand denim and their enthusiasm is infectious. Brilliant company

Fantastic experience

I was so happy with my experience with Donna Ida from start to finish. I what's app'd Donna as suggested on the website and she was so helpful and advised me on what to get including style, sizing etc. I absolutely love my jumpsuit and went for the Dusty which is gorgeous, a great fit and really comfortable as well as flattering. Great to dress up or dress down. It is really well made and came in a lovely bag. The whole process was honestly the best customer service I have had. Ana took over from Donna for my order and was equally helpful. Thoroughly recommend and will one hundred percent be returning.

Great Customer Service. Great Products

I own a few pairs of Donna Ida jeans and I’m always impressed with the customer service. Communication is excellent and the personalised follow-up text is a great touch, especially as there’s a real person replying to any questions.

Denim that makes you feel fabulous

This is my second jumpsuit purchase from Donna Ida. The first was two years ago the Cassandra and still it is a go item and always get compliments when wearing. My latest purchase - the Dusty is just as fab. As soon as I put it on the fit is great and fabric feels soft and comfortable. Can’t wait to wear. Highly recommend.

Jumpsuit of dreams

Jumpsuit of dreams! Quite literally. I’ve lusted after Cassandra for quite some time, and we finally came face to face at the Spirit of Christmas fair: A ‘try on for size’ very quickly turned into a firm purchase. The cut, the feel, the fit - just perfect. And being advised by Donna herself was the icing of the cake!
