The parcel is still somewhere at DHL waiting on i don’t know what.
Are you sure it will come ? If so when? Maybe you should warn the client that using DHL will take a longer timing.

The purchase was canceled because my address is included in a “black list” for the company, instead of looking for an alternative way to send the product like thousands o Companies do, you prevent and deprive the costumer from purchasing, it’s the worst service you can offer and the worst comercial strategy possible

Sin embargo, para brindarle una alternativa, le sugerimos que consideres realizar tu pedido a través de la plataforma de Amazon. Ellos cuentan con un servicio de logística consolidada que puede facilitar el envío a las Islas Canarias y ofrecerle una estimación más precisa de la fecha de entrega.
Alguno de los detalles necesarios a la hora de hacer su pedido por medio de la logística de Amazon son los siguientes:
Al procesar tu pedido, introduzca el número de CIF/NIF en la sección de NIF de la dirección de envío. Utilice el siguiente formato: 12345678A.
Si no incluye el número de CIF/NIF, la empresa de transporte podría tener problemas con los trámites aduaneros. Esto puede provocar que el pedido no se entregue o que se entregue tarde.
También es importante introducir el código postal en el formato correcto. Escriba el código postal sin espacios y no pongas la letra “E” delante.
