Kersten is the best she explained everything down to the signature. She made me feel comfortable with working with her and the loaning company. I highly recommend dontbebroke for same day loans. Thank you guys for helping me secure the loan I received.

They are very helpful and very great customer service.

I cant get in touch with a person that is able to process my loan. I have a job during the day. When i call during my break there is nobody available to talk to me. When they call back, i keep missing their calls. Then i get the excuse "they tried calling you three times today".. So? I tried calling three times too. This is beyond ridiculous and a total waste of time.

Applied online and uploaded all information requested and then I got multiple calls about my VA disability and y I needed the moneyand they didn't get this or that and then all of a sudden they found those things that they said they never received. Then I was told I was approved for $1550 but I explained I didn't apply for that amount. I was told I had to go into the store and show my VA Award letter in person in order to verify the actual document. Dealt with several hours of nuisance for a loan of $500. If you want the run around, this is the place to go!

The agent that worked with me was polite and professional! Even though I didn't get the amount I wanted, she was able to start me off on a starter loan. I will definitely use them again!

Put in for a signature loan on a Saturday morning look promising. I have had to call them every time we have communicated since and nothing has been done but a hard pull on my credit. If it’s not one thing they needed it it’s another. Excuses from pictures too blurry, phone lines are busy, proof of address wrong, need to talk to employer, I left a note and it’s not on there. Unacceptable. Espresso important. This was to me Saturday when I began. This here is Tuesday night and and every time I’ve talked, I have been told give us 30 minutes and we’re ready.

Samantha Called me said I was good to go. I came in and finished the loan process. It was easy, fast, and awesome. I love swag. They have fantastic swag. Footballs, soccer balls, sunglasses, writing pads. I love it all. No other place would qualify me for a loan. Dollar Loan Center did. ❤️❤️❤️

The people that work there are absolutely wonderful and it will help you. Throw everything you need and make sure that you at least get something. I recommend this to Everybody.

Miss Whitney and Miss Katie in the store helped me out so much not with just the loan but education on how everything work from point a to point b even when time got to a long where any normal person would of hung up and gave in miss whitney helped me out and never gave up I’m a raider super fan that just needed lil help and she is a well don’t wanna say but a bronco fan supper helpful and if anyone every needs lil help I would recommend these gals in the Idaho falls store very helpful thank you miss kattie and thank you very much miss Whitney kudos to you lady’s go raiders miss Whitney if you ever wanna come to the dark side we welcome you with open arms thank you so much SSRN208

The ladies at the cedar City store. Were very helpful and they made getting a loan easy. They answered my question. Lillian was nice and she answered my question and was polite. Thanks for the experience.
