Months of emails regarding a known…

Months of emails regarding a known fault with a V20 phone fingerprint reader, and being included in an email between staff actively telling the other to ignore me. Also had an s88 pro with a gps fault from one of their resellers - sent it back to China and came back with the same fault - now they refuse to fix it properly claiming outside of warranty... When the issue occured inside warranty period and took months to get shipped back and forth..
I would be happy to share the screenshot of the email but cant add images here.. horrific / no customer service whatsoever. Avoid this brand..

Don't buy. Money hungry

Don't buy. Waste of money. I bought my V30 It took 9 days to get delivered and it came in the mail damaged. All phone calls echo. The water resistant membrane is broken. Doogee refuses to respond, the one time they did respond they refuse to except return/ replace since it was past the 7 days since purchase which means delivery days count towards your return days. I have been ignored and tossed aside. Horrible customer service and horrible experience all they want is your money.

tablet from DOOGEE

I received a damaged tablet - no working WIFI. I contacted the seller (DOOGEE Official Store), who offered to send the tablet to his service. I sent the tablet and it turned out that the motherboard (in the new tablet) is damaged. The service does not have repair parts. From now on, DOOGEE Official Store refuses to replace and repair the tablet, suggesting a logistic dispute. Only that the parcel was sent correctly. I do not recommend - I just lost money, time and nerves. There is no guarantee. There are many other tablet manufacturers that care about the customer. I will never buy a Doogee product again

I have a phone shop and bought from them around 20 phones , we had many complaints from returning customers , everytime we tried to reach out to this company for the repairs as the phones are still under warranty , they never reply back and they blocked us on what'sapp chat by the sales manager or maybe the owner , called GARY .
this will lead them to a legal action against them

I am now selling my customers ULEFONE brand which are 10 times better than the stupid doogee .

Worse phone ive EVER bought

Worse phone ive EVER bought, worked ok for first few months, touchscreen became hit & miss when trying to use, then after around 8 months the whole screen came loose & now the screen does not work at all!!

This is described as a "Rugged" phone, far from it, AVOID. Like i say, the worse phone ive ever bought & it wasn't cheap when i bought it. Absolute garbage!!

Doogee 96s Pro What a useless phone Buy any other make

Bought a Doogee 96s Pro It worked perfectly well for about 10 months then a shadow appeared across the screen a ghosting covering about 10% of the screen. Then later the sound stopped completely no ringing nor media sound. If phone is turned off for at least three hours then I get full working sound again for a maximum of a hour then it goes dead again. No sound not much use as a phone!! Contacted Darty France who I bought phone from No Help at all they offered was "Speak to Doogee" Contacted Doogee eventually received an e-mail "Not their problem speak to Darty". My advice is don't buy from this company absolutely no customer care nor service nor after sales service. Tried a local repairer he just laughed and said he would even try and repair a Doogee phone because he has a good reputation for quality work and any attempts to repair this "load of Rubbish" (Not his exact words) would only result in him having to repair it again and again. Buy any other make but Doogee

I Have a Faulty V10 purchased on ebay

I Have a Doogee V10 purchased on ebay, which developed a charging port fault within 5 months. It is in pristeen condition and has not been dropped. No service center U.K. ebay said they were based in the U.K. but they are in china. Seller not interested. ebay not interested coz its after their 30 days and Halifax Credit card section 75 not interested coz they have colluded with ebay to stich customers up. Do not buy Doogee's or electricals through ebay

Phone corrupted, factory reset.

Phones internal memory is corrupted/failing, resulting in Android randomly going back to factory default settings. Doogee customer service promise refund but just play games when I try to return phone to them. I paid by Credit Card so can do a chargeback. Don't believe anything they say, your consumer rights are protected by your Credit Card company.

Doogee is flimsy outdated old chinese…

Doogee is flimsy outdated old chinese crap. The tab for the tray for the SIM and SD card tray is so loose it feels like its going to snap after only having is sliding in and out like 5 times, Not very often, its slow, and glitches constantly. Closes windows when Im in the middle of doing something. Not smart technology, when i press to call a number, then it takes an extra time wasting step to show the number on screen, so i have to hit the button AGAIN to actually make the call, doesnt connect calls, have to keep re calling, drops calls, peoples voices get distorted, its a piece of crap and $450 Ill never see again cuz their customer service sucks too...

My phone came damaged- volume button I tried to contact support many times noone answered me. I am very disappointed. I never had problem before and I ordered a few times. As nobody is answering I will report it to my bank and get my money back as this is only option.

Gary was a professional scammer .

Gary was a professional scammer .
I am a retailer who bought 20 devices from this company , and received 16 devices only .
1- they sent the missing 4 devices with GLS Germany and they were never delivered to us due to lack of information provided by the sender .
Doogee Agent called Gary refused to take any responsibility for tracing the order and kept asking us to contact the courier , WELL you are the one who used them and it's your responsibility to trace the order .
2- they will sell you as a trade with wholesale prices however they have an other hidden website that they sell in a lower price to beat the trade's prices .
3- all you can gain from this company is a headache , and they will be token to the court by our legal departments to stop such a scammers of scamming people , as they think they live in a jungle without a law .

Doogee V10 charging port issue

My wife purchased the Doogee V10, which at the time was the flagship model for them. Loved the phone until the charging issue.

It's been just over 7 months and the charging port has started playing up. It can only be charged at a certain angle and certainly cannot be moved in the process or it looses contact. Tried wireless charging and all I get is an overheated phone and no additional charge.

I contacted Amazon and no response after a few weeks, I contacted Doogee directly and they have passed me onto Amazon.

A phone at this price point, and sold as a "rugged" device with a charging port issue and no follow up support. Be careful purchasing from them.

Doogee S60

After several times of trying to take photos under the immediate water-surface, water leaked at the top right corner so a black blob appeared on the screen in that corner.

After 5 years of using it, it died off: presumably, water droplets got from the charging nest (i forgot to cover it when taking photos near a sprinkle) and it seems that the battery died as well.

As for the rest, great phone it was.

Be careful here!

I bought a V20 over their Doogeemall. They delivered it via GLS (Germany). Unfortunately the Phone never arrives, so i had the whole trouble with GLS and doogee. GLS told me that the Phone should be in the mailbox, but the mailbox isn't big enough for parcels. Doogee told me that they take care of it - but nothing happend. Since 22 of July they even not responding on mails anymore...

So be careful here: If you have trouble, nobody will help you!

I'll now try to get my money back by VISA Chargeback... :/

Do not buy from Doogee

Do not buy from Doogee. They abandon their products. I have had their former flagship product, the S95Pro, for over 2 years and it remains at Android 9.
Contact with their support team advises me to be patient!
I can never buy from Doogee again

Horrible

Horrible! The S96 Pro battery clearly has many issues. It DOES NOT charge wirelessly, even with their own charger depsite Doogees claims. And it does NOT hold or take a full charge when plugged in with a wire. And after trying 4 wires, including the one that came with the phone, only 1 works! And it charges it to 70% if you are lucky. The phone does not sync with any computer AT ALL. And there is no where to get official drivers for the phone. The customer support is reprehensible. I was taken. I asked for a refund for the phone, a Doogee watch that is horrible, and wireless charger that does not charge their branded phone, and they have not complied. If you want to waste hundreds of dollars, buy anything "Doogee". Don't say I did not warn you.

Criminal

Oh look, here I am again, over a year and a half after these criminals stole my mobile phone, pretending to repair it.

Guess what? Never got it back. Never got any kind of reply, nor explanation. Just got sent a fake shipping/tracking number which never updated past the registration point.

You would be EXTREMELY unwise to buy anything from these people. If you really must, make absolutely sure you use paypal or something and make absolutely sure you report any issues within the 180 days of payment. If not, you will end up like me, making a loss of over £200 and having a bad feeling for the rest of time about being ripped off by a bunch of lying schmucks.

This company is THIVES and LIERS!!!

One star is too much for these scammers! This company is THIVES and LIERS!!! I bought the S95 Pro phone in December 2019, after a couple of months the phone broke. I wrote to the customer service about this problem and asked to replace the defective phone with another one. I sent the phone to the seller 2 years ago! I write to the customer service and other emails of this company, but no one answers!
