Great communication constant checking that everything is correct and given opportunity to change measurements etc.Detailed updates on progress of order and clear instructions about delivery and how to change it.Item was exactly what we ordered and things went very smoothly and we are extremely happy with everything.Good customer service is very rare these days and much appreciated when you get it.😊👍🏻

Quick turn round and great communication. I had email updates every step of the way, and even had a phone call to check on the weather conditions in our part of the country to ensure deliver was still possible (snow was forecast), a lot of companies wouldn't have bothered. Arrived when they said it would and the driver was polite and very helpful.

Great products at a great price supported by a great team. Doordeals will be my go to for any future door orders.

I came to Doordeals after a bad experience with a door store, where I was overcharged. I was a little nervous about ordering direct but in fact they were incredibly helpful over the phone and made sure the delivery came in time for our works to be completed. A website with a human touch - can definitely recommend!

They kept me informed regarding my order and delivery date. The doors were exactly as described and arrived on time. Great product and well made. They also reminded me what I had ordered and gave me a chance to double check that I’d ordered the right doors and glass (as when ordering on line its so easy to click the wrong box by accident). Great service! would happily recommend this company.

I have just taken delivery of my 2 external doors and I’m impressed! Not so much about the doors ( which does look amazing, much better than I expected) but the SERVICE! When I first contacted the customer service the person on the phone was polite, courteous and helpful! I have had no fewer than 20 emails/texts from the company informing me of my order. The items arrived within the timeframe of the order and was well packaged and delivered. The company in house delivery by Mycroft B was brilliant. He’s very much different to delivery drivers who drops your delivery and‘RUNS’ away! He was pleasant, polite and helpful. It’s 100 % customer service by the same throughout! Well done!

The team made it all very easy even after an unforeseen issue put my preferred delivery date in question.
I was contacted immediately and put in the picture.
The team then proceeded to organise an alternative strategy which resulted in my delivery arriving still inside my original time slot.

I have given doordeals five stars for there excellent service from speaking to firstly Adam who was great in helping me decide what I required
Then Madison in logistics when I got notice of doors were out for delivery on the Thursday
I was going to be out but Madison sent me a email on what was required
My wife was in and met the driver who couldn't have been more helpful he had about 3to 4 hundred metres up from street to carry the patio doors but not a problem to him
He left the doors and door frame glass hinges and handles all carefully stacked inside
Great team I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone that requires doors
