I ordered several doors and handles from them. The handles never arrived - after two weeks I rang and they had to contact the supplier who hadn't sent them - they are out of stock. Doors Supplies took my money, advertised it as in stock, then had no idea it hadn't been delivered. You have a contract with Door Supplies and they take no ownership of this. Person on the phone was incredibly rude. I still haven't had a refund.
Then I opened the doors - I hadn't done this before as I was waiting for the hardware. Door is damaged and they will not do anything about this as I'm over 30 days..... because I was waiting for the handles.

The day the door was supposed to be…
The day the door was supposed to be delivered I was contacted to say it would be three days later, then on the day it was for later delivery I was contacted to say it was never in stock and it would be months before it was available. Would never use you again - terrible customer service, rude, unapologetic and just wrong as I would have got the door I needed somewhere else…

We get the doors sent out directly from the manufacturers and they had advised you directly that the door was unavailable as they had damaged this while loading for delivery. Unfortunately this was the last item in stock so it is a very unfortunate situation being the last door in stock until more were due in around the middle of this month.
As the online retailers like ourselves all get this directly from the manufacturer, this would of likely been the case with anyone online as well.
Again, I do apologise for this situation and hope that if you did need anything in the future then we can help.

We did call you to advise that the doors were out of stock when the order was placed and that these would be due back in around the middle of April to the UK so delivery will likely be towards the end of April. We have a note on the system confirming that you were happy with the back order and to wait for this to come in.

Decided not to bother dues extortionate postage costs. As someone who posts lots of items, there is no way it costs £42 to send a door frame in the uk.

Great prices, easy to use website. Great communication about my oder and delivery updates plus tracking information. My order came very quickly, it was well packed and complete. The handles are very good quality as well as the hinges and latches. I had one small issue which customer service sorted for me the next day. All in all a great company with good prices, good products and good staff behind the scenes. I will definitely use these guys again

A week and half late
Overall the company i bought my door frame off were ok. There after sales staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. Problem i had was delivery.
Somehow my delivery got lost. I had a family member stay at home to take delivery. I was tracking my parcel. All the things i could do. Even contacted them. Delivery company was having non of it. Eventually online door supplies sorted everything out. Unfortunately this ended up being a week and a half late.
