Delivery took a while longer than advised. Driver on his own and struggled to carry the doors across the drive to the front door so my husband had to help. Although doors were checked on delivery, when properly

No point contacting company as damage not noticed for a couple of days after taking delivery.

Ordered via there website, shows the relevant fixings we needed, comes with just headed bolts instead, emailed customer services, they agreed its misleading but they dont offer the fixings, and insulted me by offering a £5.00 refund! The missing fixings are £36.00!

I got 2 bits of oak and when received the bark was hanging off 1 and the other only had bark half way down it been trying to return it and get money back for over a week still no joy. Won't be buying anything else off them 😬

Different shades of walnut doors
To give credit where it's due, the customer service was very helpful and qyuick to reply but the issue is still unresolved. I ordered 16 doors and they came in 2 different shades of brown very clearly visible. I was told the walnut natural colour does change but the difference is more than acceptable and they are refusing to take them back.

We supply the products directly from the manufacturers and I can see from the order that the doors supplied were American Black Walnut doors. I would say they are a bit darker compared to other walnuts, but this is a natural product with variation and it just depends on the tree these come from. I am sorry that this particular look was not to your liking.

Mostly good.
The doors I ordered turned out to have a 6 week lead time which I was told about 2 days after I ordered them. The customer service has been excellent and I have been kept informed though.
