Was a good shopping experience, I ordered a foundation but it was far too light. Might be helpful to have a way of getting small samples, as it can prove costly to go by pictures for this.

Best Foundation I Have Ever Used!
The title says it all. First I bought the sample palette to find my foundation shade, and then I purchased the foundation stick. For the first time in my life, I have found the exact match for my skin tone and I am so happy about that. The formula is excellent and it wears beautifully. This brand is absolutely amazing!

DORIS MICHAELS COSMETIC Super Super Super Brand, my sister has been ordering from you for more than 5years and I buy your excellente products from a shop in Tottenham, I don't know if it is allowed to mention name?
We both found these your products THE BEST, as good or even better than Imam at not even half or third of that price! And a better bigger range of colours.
I could not help reading others to see what CRAxY person can leave you any review other than 5 star.
First craxy Comfort spends less then the free postage amount, then smears the company that he/she never got the free postage!! From where she came???
I looked at the piclink you gave, you used correct packaging with a nice generous sized box same as my sisters gets from you. So other Comfort complaint is rubbish. I use google, can be she works for NHS, may be I can find if she treat her patients the same way?
Secondnumber craxy Temba in stead of being greatful she gets charge less postage than your PostOffice cost, complains charge is too high!!! Doesnt she know to look up PostOffice prices?? Cost you £5.55, she complain you charge her £4.99, but really you charge her only £4, I read everything.
Then she, opposite direction complaint to her cousin firstnumber craxy, wants you to cram product into a bag smaller than size of product itself (????) which is not possible, may be she want you to chop-stick in half, to get cheaper postage. I think she watches Doctor Who to much, magic telephonebox bigger on inside!!!!
On behalf all of your decent loyal customers 99 per cent, I give you an apology for these two Craxys. Can be the hot weather make their condition worse. Please do not give up the business as you wrote, just put such ignorants and idyits out from your mind and keep rolling!!!!!!!!!

The postage charge is too expensive
The postage charge is too expensive, and considering I paid £4.99 just for postage I expected it to be 1st class and arrive quicker. It took a few days which I’m not overly impressed by. If you are charging that much because of the box, then send smaller items in a large envelope - they can fit.
Edit: thank you for your reply, yes my mistake I paid £4 for postage (99p difference), I stand by what I said the products I ordered are small enough to fit in a padded envelope and it is something you should take on board as constructive criticism as a pose to taking it so personally. The box and packaging are an unnecessary size and not good for the environment. Furthermore does 2nd class postage take 1 week to arrive?

Even though you have been ordering from us roughly since 2018, without leaving a review of your purchases, your 3-star rating on this occasion is unfair because you placed the order online at 9.05 PM on Saturday 2nd July 2022, long after office closing hours, and our office opening hours is Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
You paid £4.00 for 2nd class postage & packaging, not £4.99 as you wrongly claim. This was displayed when you placed the order and in the paper invoice which accompanied the order.
The goods, properly and safely packed in a "Small Package" (the contents cannot be flat packed to be less than 2.5 cm thick) were shipped out immediately the Post Office reopened, i.e., on Monday 4th July 2022, using the Signed-For service. Your order was delivered on Saturday 9th July 2022.
Leaving aside the cost of packaging, Royal Mail postal charge for such a package (up to 2 kg, sent Signed-For) is £5.55 (First Class) or £4.45 (Second Class), i.e., more than what you were charged.
You didn't bother to check before you slandered us.
Indeed, some customers are so unreasonable and unfair that an honest businessperson just wants to give up.

Madam.
The thickness (diameter) of the creme stick you ordered is 3.1 cm. Feel free to verify this.
Even if the jiffy bag / padded-bag miraculously had zero thickness, which is impossible, and would mean it offered no protection to the contents, that is TOO THICK.
For by Royal Mail rules, over which we have no control, the maximum thickness for a Large Letter is 2.5 cm.
3.1cm thick items cannot be sent that way. The cheapest way is as a Small Packet. Btw, Second class post is supposed to take two to three working days, but it is not a guaranteed service and it depends on the level of staffing in the area, which is beyond our control.
Further, a cardboard box is recyclable; majority of jiffy bags contain plastic and are not.
For your information, we used to use jiffy bags, but customers used to complain that the products arrived damaged as Royal Mail staff squeeze it through their letter boxes, and we end up having to replace the products so we had to stop using it for thicker products like the crème stick you ordered.

Product is excellent for black skin especially on mine with a predominantly yellow undertone. I have tried countless products but never found a true match, the bronze 04 lipstick is now my daily favourite go to. A suggestion though, would be to increase the product quantity.
