‘Risk-free’ trial comes with a £45 return fee
Disappointing experience overall. The mattress topper took over a month to arrive, and after giving it several nights we found it uncomfortable, lacking in support and prone to sliding around the bed, despite being advertised as having a non-slip base and being their most expensive topper.
When we asked to use the advertised “risk-free” 200-night trial, we were told collection would cost £45, deducted from the refund. We were offered an exchange, but simply wanted to return a product that did not perform as expected.
The returns cost should be made much clearer on the product page, especially when the trial is promoted as risk-free.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, and I was informed of what was happening. Advised of the delivery date, my only negative is delivery was from 8am - 6pm and the window didn’t get smaller. The delivery man very kindly carried it in for me. I followed instructions and happy currently with the look and quality. As yet I’ve not slept on it.
