Everything was so easy from booking, receiving tickets and entry to the venue. Flawless.

Double 8 are always reliable . I have used them many times. Tickets arrive in good time and are exactly what has been ordered. I have to say, and it is not Double 8 fault but the seats at the Royal Albert Hall usually end up with a side view but that is the layout of the hall itself.

Absolutely brilliant my daughter and i have been going to see westlife since she was 5 years old and that has got to be the most amazing concert that we have attended and we have seen as many as 25 over the time.
The seats that you were able to supple were outstanding and i would always now purchase my tickets thought your site. I know we pay a bit more but you do get the best seats.

It was an amazing night

I made a very last minute, spur of the moment booking through Double8 to see Westlife in RAH. I've been using Double8 for years and it has never let me down. I wasn't pushed about the seat - just wanted to be there. I was in Rausing Circle, front row and didn't know what to expect. As it turned out, it was a great seat and a wonderful show given by the lads plus Royal Phil'. If I need that excellent seat or I'm booking last minute, then I always turn to Double8 and they've never let me down.

The concert itself was awesome but the performers were all positioned on the far left side of the stage and those of us standing on the right side could not even see them. We had to look at the big video screens. Very disappointed that with the high cost of the ticket I expected that my viewing position would have been more in line with where the performers were located, but that didn’t happen.

Purchased tickets to Sting’s Hammersmith show back in January. Communications excellent from Double 8 as tickets not released until day of gig so very reassuring that they kept me updated. Charlotte called me a few hours beforehand to give me the brilliant news that we’d been upgraded and moved to very close to the front. Wife delighted so I am very happy! Amazing gig and amazing seats.

I was looking for tickets for Westlife for my mum's birthday. I wanted to get her the best seats I could. I tried everywhere and couldn't find anything even remotely within my price range.
My friend recommended double 88. Tickets were fantastic, and great value. Given I was so late to the party, they were definitely worth the premium.
Everything was spot on. Purchase, delivery and seats.

She was amazing but it’s weird when 85% of the crowd are standing there filming on crappy phones. Why?! Just to tell someone else they were there?! So they get jealous? Tragic in my opinion. You want to get a vibe going at these these and few people were actually ‘present’

We had an amazing experience at the Lady Gaga concert at the O2 helped by the amazing seats that we had, purchased from double8tickets. When we arrived at the O2 our seats entitled us to go through the Amex entrance which involved zero queueing, fantastic and swift! And the view was brilliant and so close to the stage! Lady Gaga was totally brilliant, an unforgettable experience. This is about the 5th concert where we have purchased seats from double8 and all have been great seats as advertised. We will always use them.

Generally it was an okay experience getting these tickets. Purchasing tickets online today is made so stressful, knowing the number of sites which exist only to rip you off, so there's a constant niggle of worry. However, Double 8 turned out fine, and the ELO concert was amazing (in the end, it was Jeff Lynne's last live performance). Negatives about the experience: the tickets were very, very expensive. The other was that I then received an email saying the tickets would be posted. When you live in Australia, and will be in the UK two months before the concert, that's not going to work! Every Australian concert I've gone to sends you an email with the tickets. I emailed, and was assured that the tickets could be converted to online, but why can't you just do that straight away, or at least give it as an option? It was very stressful as the concert approached waiting to see if this would work out. Again, it was all fine (though I resented having to install yet another app I'll never use again on my phone to get the tickets) and we really enjoyed the concert. I just don't see why you can't make it easier and give the buyer options.

When you real want good seats Double 8 are superb !!!
I have used them on numerous occasions
never any problems with either paper or digital tickets.
Even their refund system works well, when ELO was cancelled full refund was sent in a timely manner..

I bought 3 front row ticket that were very expensive (expected) for Ricky Gervais
Last Saturday turned up and the tickets were for the night before. After checking all emails from Double8 said 18th but the open pdf tickets said 17th.
We were turned away and so disappointed.
The owner of Double8 said he saw the confusion however on the Wednesday when I was finally contacted the lady in the office said it was my fault and only offered me half price in Wembley not the Palladium. I will never use them again, this was so unorganised of them and unprofessional imo.
I then used ticket port that were really great. Great prices and great clear emails and helpful.

The show was fantastic. How could it not be with two such charismatic, talented stars. They were everything I wanted them to be. The only reason I did not leave a 5 is that we did not recieve our books. We were given an email to write to but did not get a reply or a book. Could you look into this please?
