Very disappointed to be told today that my coldplay tickets for 31st August, suppliers had let them down. These tickets were booked a year ago!! Now ive had to cancel my hotel, babysitter, can't get a full day of work, #fuming

I’ve been using Double 8 tickets for some years now to buy concert tickets when I really want excellent seats. Yes they are overpriced but I’m not going to pay to sit 100 ft up in an arena where you see nothing and vertigo sets in!! 🤦‍♀️
Tickets always arrive in time, either via email or special delivery post. I’ve never been disappointed with my seat selection and if I’ve ever had a query there’s always someone to answer the phone at the office.

Everything was great

Not only was the seat a "great" position but the "VIP" ticket status gave us queue free access and use of a bar and restaurant, which you could use whilst enjoying the live band after the concert,

The venue was great excellent service great seats.
Could only watch on the screens as those in front stood up for the whole performance.
Was like watching on TV.
Not sure what can be done but not everyone is able to stand for 3 hours
