Ordered 7 downlights and dimmable LED bulbs. Arrived promptly, and were well packaged. The lights are excellent quality,and look and work great. Bulbs too work well; they are very bright (brighter than the old halogens they replaced) and dim without flickering (via an LED rated dimmer switch). Overall, very pleased. Would recommend the company without reservation.

Your service is good but your courier is bad - twice they have failed to deliver on time which I paid extra for & to the wrong address

The price was competitive, and the buying process worked fine. It's all you need for an internet purchase like this. Used them several times, and will do so next time.

I contacted them for advice and the man who answered really couldn't be bothered and spoke to me like I was an idiot or maybe it was because I was a woman .only ordreed on line with them because they did lights I wanted otherwise would have gone elsewhere

I bought some lights online, they turned out to be the wrongs size. Realising I lived nearby I visited their trade counter and these guys couldn't have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommended!
