Liked the price and the content but what i didnt like that when i ordered i wrote my number and when they arrived the didnt have anyone to call so i had to wait for postnord(shipping company) to take it back to their warehouse and then to the nearest pickup place.

Got what i ordered in time, but with the wrong UK plugs. Not responding to emails, that I sent about it. Overall good price and delivery time, but customer service is almost non exsistent.

Great hairdryer as described.
The hairdryer is exactly as described. However, i wrongly assumed, as the hairdryer was being shipped to spain, it would have the relevant plug on instaed of a UK plug. It was delayed by one day and I had to change the address for delivery as the delivery company couldn't find my address.

Hi Danielle, Thank you for your review. And apologies for the issue with the courier. However, we didn't ship the order to the wrong address. UPS had trouble finding your address, but it was ultimately delivered to the correct location after a lot of back and forth. We have since switched to a more reliable courier service for USA deliveries, and I'm happy to say that we can now deliver to your area in 24-48 hours from! :) Hopefully we can deal with you again in the future.

However, we were unaware until you left your review that there was any issue with your delivery. Your DPD tracking number shows your parcel was despatched from us on the same day your order was placed.
I have contacted DPD to get an update as to why your delivery failed and they have said that the address provided was incorrect.
Can you please confirm the full delivery address and we will send this to DPD.
In relation to your review, we take false allegations of a scam very seriously and as can be seen from your tracking information, your parcel was despatched on time and the delivery details provided by you upon ordering to us were passed on to DPD to ensure delivery could be made.

Ordered a JRL trimmer, paid for it. Then received a notification from revolut my order was cancelled 2 days later. No word from the company or out of stock on website. No reason for my order to be cancelled, scam!!!
