Good communications, helpful advice and a good range of product. The quartz worktop fitters were very good and did a great job. The kitchen fitter Jamie was amazing - super fast, precise and did a superb job. The whole job was completed in about half the time we expected and the result was excellent. Dream Doors Jordanhill did a fantastic job on our kitchen makeover in the city centre. The old kitchen was tired and uninspiring and needed some serious resuscitation. Nicky in the showroom did a fantastic job of pointing us in the right direction ,without being too intrusive, and ensuring that the timescale worked for us. The measuring went seamlessly and was not at all pressurised and the kitchen fitters who came were extremely professional and reliable. I have to see we are really chuffed with the results - it looks amazing, really brightens up the space and is much commented on by all who visit! Would highly recommend. Delighted. Thank you

We had an excellent experience with Dream doors in Ipswich.

The refurbishment took 2 days and has completely transformed our kitchen. The kitchen fitter was really friendly and communicated with us all the way through the install checking we were happy with the results.

The quality of the work was brilliant and the new worktops, sink and appliances completely transforms our kitchen.

How you can say I am happy with the results is unbelievable, with all the damage and very poor quality, a very bad experience, because you franchise depends who fits the kitchen, all I can say a very bad experience expecially having to clean hand marks over everything, I am still upset with the whole experience.

I had a positive experience working with Dream Doors. My main kitchen fitter, Jason, along with Andy, Brian, David, Debbie, Nicky and Cat, transformed my kitchen from an old, dated, dark, peeling and dark corner into a light, bright, modern, sleek and spacious heart of my home. I am thrilled with their work, my kitchen has had an incredible transformation. Everything has been completed to a super standard. I was apprehensive to begin this makeover, and it is the largest/longest home project I have undertaken, but they were brilliant. The entire team at Dream Doors have been amazing from start to finish, and I highly recommend their services and company.

I am unimpressed.

We agreed to have kitchen done with dreams doors dundee and paid over 5k deposit back on 27th of october which may not be alot for yous but it is to us. We have all the receipts. Since then had absolutely no communication whenever we call the showroom there is no answer and whenever we call the mobile of the salesperson/showroom owner again no answer to that or texts aswell. I have email emailed them with no response its like we are being avoided. Only couple times i have reached them they said waiting on factory and they would call them and give us update on that day however never have actually got that update. We need the kitchen done so that we can sell our property so this is very distressing the massive delay, while having no idea whats going on. Truthfully it seems like they simply dont care atall and at this point we just want our deposit back and go elsewhere as they have shown no consideration towards us the customer.

Simon went above and beyond from the very beginning. From our first interaction, it was clear he genuinely cared about the project and took real pride in his work. The personal touches and time he invested early on made it an easy decision to move forward with him and Dream Doors.

As with any refurbishment, there were a few minor snags, but what really stood out was how Simon handled them. He was responsive, approachable, and made sure everything was resolved properly and finished to a high standard, with no shortcuts.

Communication throughout was excellent, and Simon went out of his way to help us meet tight timelines, which I really appreciated. He runs a well-organised operation and leads a team that clearly cares about quality and customer satisfaction. A genuinely great experience from start to finish.

We have been so impressed with Dream Doors. Gareth and Sarah are very friendly and knowledgeable. Our fitter, Simon, worked with great care and attention to detail. Throughout the process, communication has been excellent and no request has been too much trouble. The quality of the cupboards and worktops is superb. Our kitchen has been totally transformed for a very fair price. Highly recommended!

Amazing service from Dream doors Yarm (Teesside) from Darren in sales who listened to what are needs and wants were… to Phill who is the manager who is very attentive and caring, making sure we were happy every step of the way and not forgetting Steve who did amazing job fitting our dream kitchen, I would highly recommend Dream doors (Yarm) the quality of the kitchen is fantastic and nothing was to much trouble and the service I received was second to non and best of all I love my new kitchen 🥰

From the initial visit by Andy of Dream Doors Beverley the whole process was a positive one. We decided to have a full kitchen refurb not just the doors. All of their tradesmen were very professional, especially Jamie the kitchen fitter. I would highly recommend them.

Terrible experience with Dream Doors Solihull Branch. Had to constantly chase my quote and design and when the design arrived it was incorrect not taking into consideration what had been discussed. I emailed Head Office hoping to reach a resolution and no response. I had thought using e more bespoke service would be beneficial as opposed to going to Wrens, magnets etc but this has not been the case. Very disappointed.

Now 12/02/26 still waiting to hear if my complaint has been investigated by Dream Doors.

Dream doors stoke are very polite helpful and professionals, and are happy to help in what ever way they can, the kitchen consultant came to me, I do not go out so my online choices of kitchen doors handles etc. were bought to me to make my final choice. we agreed on what i was happy with price start date etc. and the contract was signed. I was informed at all times one drawer front was damaged, within 30 minuets of the fitter reporting it i received a call to assure me it would be put right and was told i did not have to settle my bill till i was happy with everything. which is what happened all the staff receptionist, kitchen consultant, fitter and anyone else i had come into contact through dream doors. best company i have had the pleasure to work with customer service from start to finish has been excellent
