Friendly, efficient service
The staff were friendly and approachable and able to answer all our questions. We were buying a bed for my Mum-in-law and needed an electric one. We are more than happy with the bed, delivery and service all round. We would definitely go to Dreams again.

Fantastic service from Kay in Barnstaple, knowledgeable and no boring sales talk. Loved using the machine to determine the best mattress for me. Just a great experience, Dreams worked like a dream for me! I felt I had made a friend with Kay, certainly will be popping in to say hi.

Helpful throughout
Very helpful ladies in the store gave lots of advice without any pressure. Lots of different mattresses to try out at a wide range of price points. Delivery was prompt; well organized and on time. Very careful, tidy delivery men also provided advice upon delivery.

After being at other companies with 2…
After being at other companies with 2 small children and not finding what we was looking for, we stumbled across Dreams in Barnstaple. We walked in and was greeted immediately with a hello and left to walk around and try out the beds. The kids were enjoying bouncing on the beds without being frowned upon, in fact they were encouraged to our sales rep Sophie. She was incredible. We tried out a few beds and found exactly what we needed and Sophie was unbelievably knowledgeable on the mattress and design. We purchased our new bed and frame there and then. The kids had an amazing time and the stress of running around after them and getting them off beds was all taken away from us which meant we could find our perfect bed. So thank you from us for this.

This is the second bed and mattress I have bought from Dreams.
The young lady who helped at the store could not have been more helpful, and it was delivered within the week, erected on delivery day and all plastic covering and cardboard taken away. From a happy Dreams customer
