Staff in Dreams shop gave excellent service, bed was exactly what we wanted and delivered on time.

Excellent in-store service initially, but unfortunately, I ended up with the wrong type of very expensive bed. Worse still, the store ignored two messages I left, and Head Office failed to respond altogether. Disappointing customer care—try Bensons instead!

I have managed to sleep better, my lower back pain has improved a lot and I have been very happy with the request since the staff who attended me, was very kind, honest and patient since I have difficulties with my English. I am very grateful for your treatment and attention to buying the products.

Having been into store and chosen a new bed. I was pleased with the service in helping me to choose, nothing was too much trouble, I felt listened to and was guided to the right bed for my needs.
Delivery was prompt and to time, quick and efficient taking out old bed and putting in the new. Everything was explained about care of mattress. Would recommend Dreams as a company

I received an excellent service from Kieran, I experienced the computer aided comfort selector and was escorted around the showroom, I was offered a refreshment.
Due the the knowledge and professionalism, I decided to place an order and am delighted with the outcome.

Our experience was extremely positive. The sales team were friendly and knowledgeable. We were not rushed in any way. We felt very relaxed. We were offered a hot drink which was a lovely surprise. The young man we dealt with, Kieran, was so kind. He listened to what we were looking for and very professionally showed us our options. The whole experience was excellent.
In my opinion, your company should do all you can to retain this young man. Kieran is an exemplary member of staff and a perfect representative for your company. We will certainly recommend your company based on our experience with him.

Sales staff were patient and we spent most of the morning making our choice of mattress, bed frame and headboard. They kept us well supplied with coffee and were wanting to make sure we were choosing the best options within our needs.
All was delivered promptly on appointed day. Very clean and respectful of our property

Lovely staff in the store, who really took the time with me as I dont get out the house much and am very nervous. The lovely lady explained everything to me clearly.
The delivery team were polite and friendly and very efficient and arrived at time arranged.

Delivered mattress on time as agreed So far very comfortable . Purchased insurance to extend the only 1 year cover that Dreams give . This surprised me that’s that is all they give but apparently that’s all they give on any mattress bought from them . The mattress protector they gave me as part of the insurance deal (you have to buy one of theirs ) is nowhere near as good as the one I already have as the sides of the mattress are not covered and just has bands of elastic to hold it in place ! The guys that run the store I visited were excellent

We found both the staff and those delivering the beds, very helpful, friendly and with a good sense of humour. I did change my mind on which bed to opt for, but the salesman was very patient. There was plenty of choice in the number of beds on offer.

Everything made very easy. Sales staff excellent, delivery men very friendly, and polite. They were proficient in every way, removed all packaging and old bed and left everything clean and tidy.
