From the moment we walked in the door we felt ourselves in good hands. Rod answered all our questions, respected our prior research and helped us narrow down to what we wanted. All with good humour. The delivery was slightly late due to an accident on the Severn Bridge but we were kept informed and the mattresses were carried upstairs efficiently, everything explained.

New bed delivered guys wearing overshoes, old bed taken away with all packing in about 10 mins. Excellent 😀😀😆😆

Excellent Customer Service. Daniel gave us help and advice on the types of mattress that would suit our needs. We tried several different types of mattress and at no time did we feel rushed or pressured. We can highly recommend this branch of Dreams.

Ok so it was a long time ago n I’ve since acquired an iPad. I’m glad to see there’s a lot of improvements since my (not dreams) but nightmare experience. ….why am I doing this now…….because I want to.
Went to Cribbs store. Waited 20 minutes to be served. Asked a guy on the phone if anyone was around to serve me. He barked at me saying Can’t you see I’m on the phone. I was upset and continued to wait. Salesman was very apologetic. Ordered a bed. They let me down several times with the delivery. Eventually delivered it and the men were clueless in fitting the headboard and other assembly issues. Hopeless. It was a disaster and so stressful. Eventually got a call from a manager who offered to put everything right. By then I’d had enough n instructed them to come and pick the damn thing up n refund me. Had to fight for weeks to get my money back. It was awful so I got the bank to step in n got it back by using my credit card. Dreadful experience so much so I haven’t forgotten it even after a lengthy time. I see the ad on TV n cringe

Good service from start to finish. Had the m install and take old beds away. Done so quickly it was great service. Won't do it myself again. Let the professionals do it in quick time.

Amazing, just perfect

the assistant was super helpful, patient and understanding, he was happy to spend as long as was necessary to choose the right bed and mattress.
The delivery guys were quick and considerate. They were happy to show me the right way to lift the ottoman storage and how to push it back down safely and correctly.
I am very happy with my purchase.

Delivery on time & taken to room.
We put the bed together which was easyEXCEPT for connecting the divan bases - the plastic u clips seemed flimsy (why not metal?) & the book illustration as to where they went not clear. Phoned for advice but they couldn't help - we persevered & hoped for the best - It's still ok.
Not keen on heavy tempur pillow & wish it was half the size.
Mattress comfy & bonus is it doesn't need turning.
Fitted mattress protector does not stay in place at sides which is very disappointing. Was assured it would fit the high mattress. Washing instructions for it not on box.

Very good delivery, the drivers were very good, wore protectors over their shoes and took all the packaging away.

The experience was excellent - they even have a gender neutral toilet with emergency hygiene supplies. The sales person (I forgot his name) who assisted me was very knowledgeable.
