Good service at the shop. The staff were knowledgeable and helped us with our decision on type of mattress. The delivery team were polite and considerate in delivering the bed (although a little early!). The bed was easy to assemble.

After enduring a frustrating three-month wait and ultimately canceling my order from another mattress supplier, Emma, I found solace in being able to converse with a real person at Dreams Bed Store. Robin, who assisted me, exuded considerable knowledge and guided me to make a precise decision on the mattress that suited my needs perfectly. Opting to cancel my original order with Emma and placing it with Dreams was an obvious choice. The delivery process was swift, and I appreciated being consistently updated on the order's progress. I am thoroughly pleased with my new mattress and wholeheartedly recommend Dreams. Robin's impeccable service left no room for complaints.

On my first visit to the showroom, I was greeted by Robin who was very professional, helpful and to be totally honest, a total pleasure to meet. I explained what I was looking for and was guided in the right direction. All offers were explained and upon this information, I returned the next day to make a purchase. Delivery was fast and efficient. A great experience.

On entering the store I was offered a drink and allowed to browser. I could then try out the sleep match. I was then informed about the different types of mattresses.
Then given time to browse for a headboard.
When it came to delivery were very flexible given that the date needed to coincide with moving in date.
Staff very professional and friendly.

I had a fab experience with Dreams! I bought a new mattress, pillows and a duvet from Robin C in the Filton store and he was excellent! Super friendly, very knowledgeable and a generally down to earth, while also being professional. He was so patient at answering all my questions and was great at explaining things to me so I actually understood (not just smiling and nodding), which allowed me to make a more informed decision - which is really important when you’re buying something as vital as a bed! He set up the order for me without any fuss, filled out the paperwork and kept me in the loop with delivery. I had a couple of questions post-purchase and he was just as nice over the phone as he was in person, which isn’t always the case after the company have already made the sale. The bed arrived perfectly on time and I’ve been enjoying it ever since! I will definitely buy from Dreams in future and will recommend buying from them to others. Thanks so much, Robin! :)

The mattress itself is fine, but the delivery people were not prepared to help me carry it up the stairs. ("It was to protect me"!! yet I had to physically manhandle the mattress up by myself afterwards, putting out my back for several days.)

When I tried to use the Dreams 'review' system on-line, it wanted to download all my cookies, plus all software & hardware versions on my PC. Why? Of course I'm not going to allow this.

And when I tried to email the customerservice at Dreams, it just bounced back saying "this email is not monitored".
