Great experience with Dreams who delivered the bed quickly

We brought our sofa bed 2/1/23
Still to date we have not received ,
We was inform it would take up to 12-16 weeks
Delivery was booked for 10/5/23 but being hopeful I rang and hope for 5th May , customer service said it could not be done .
A day later received a email stating it would be delivered 5th May , try to confirm via email , nothing .
So went back to check and still 10th May for delivery.
Delivery day came no sofa,
Called 4 times to eventually be told that they had moved it to 5th June ,
No confirmation from me.. and asked if they was a paper trail which I had, stating all the above ,
Carla was good trying to sort out incompetent team member mess, and offered 10% refund which doesn’t cover the 2 days I had booked off work and lost of earnings and now having been told having to wait another month for the sofa ..
shocking service , definality will not be using this company again

I visited the Bromley store to buy a single bed for my child.

Sid, the salesperson at the Bromley store, was very patient and responded to my questions on various beds. He also made great suggestions on a suitable mattress, frame and headboard. He was focused on providing great customer service and avoided any hard sales tactics, which I appreciated as I detest nothing more than a pushy salesperson. I did spend a bit of time choosing what I needed for a single bed, and I am glad I did as my child is now very happy, and more comfortable at night due to the memory foam mattress. My child also appears to be getting better sleep these days and wakes up less frequently during the night.

The delivery did take a few weeks, but Dreams is ideal for affordability and quality, if you’re prepared to wait.

One minor niggle: there was a charge to put the bed together, which took only a few minutes to complete. The delivery men were punctual, friendly and efficient, so I’m not sure if they just made the job look easy. I did wonder if such an easy job should be at a lower cost. However, apart from that minor point, I received excellent service from start to finish, and I will be using Dreams again.

I was really impressed with the service I received in store today at Dreams - Bromley. I went in store to try out mattresses and Elsa was excellent at recommending the different types of mattresses for me to try that fit my specification. She was friendly, helpful and patient. I purchased both the bed and mattress in store with a 20% discount on which was great and the purchase was smooth and quick.

From stepping into Dreams at Bromley we were greeted with professionalism and friendliness. Our requirements were listened too, we got to try several mattresses and never felt rushed. Jason in particular was very helpful and we left with a perfect mattress and pillows

The customer service was excellent, the knowledge of the sales person really helped us purchase our mattress along with the excellent electronic bed which measures you and recommends certain mattresses.

Helpful sales advisor. Good delivery. I was advised to get bags for the mattresses, so went to Bromley for them. Delivery men said they were not needed!!

Excellent service from Sidi at Dreams Bromley. He took a real interest in our situation and provided sound advice and after sales service. He made it clear from the start that we had to come to the right decision. We are delighted with our new bed. The team who delivered and set up the bed were efficient and answered all of our questions.
