There were no pushy sales people pressuring us as soon as we walked into the store. We were made to feel very welcome. We were offered to use the mattress simulator. The delivery team were amazing too.

Callum and Zack arrived ahead of schedule and got straight to work. The assembly process went smoothly and the job completed quickly. They explained all that I needed to know regarding the Ottoman bed. Excellent efficient service. The bed and mattress are superb!

From start to finish ordering to delivery everything has been great realy happy with everything bed is realy comfy made the right choice. Good price and took old bed away so did not have the hassle of getting rid of the old bed. Staff realy freindly from showroom staff to delivery staff.

I found the whole experience of buying a new bed from Dreams easy and successful. The saleswoman was helpful and polite and the range was excellent. The bed, mattress and headboard were delivered exactly on time and I am pleased with the product.

From start to finish the process was brilliant. From when we went into the store, to the way we were wonderfully treated about choosing the right bed for us. We were kept updated about our delivery all the time. On the day of delivery the bed arrived exactly when it was scheduled and the 2 guys who delivered it was so pleasant, caring, clean and tidy. They explained everything that needed to be, cleaned up completely after themselves. Can’t give Dreams enough stars and if I could I’d give them 10 out of 10

I tried the mattress dream tester and found that very informative. Your colleague, Lorraine, in the Bury store was very welcoming and professional. I trusted her and bought a mattress which I feel confident is right for me with her excellent guidance.

The assistant who dealt with my purchase was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very satisfied with the choice of products available and would definitely recommend dream's as a good choice in today's bed and matress market.

The customer service was excellent throughout the purchasing of the bed and what really did hit a positive for me was how the customer service personnel made sure the right mattress was assigned to my body. I came into store to purchase a new headboard for our Tempur bed. I needed it to match our bedframe and the colour selection was limited. Eventually the very helpful chap helped me to make the correct choice
It took a bit longer to arrive than I’d hoped when it did I was really pleased it as as it looks so much better

My 91 yrs old mum in law wanted a new mattress. She was served by Kyle who made the whole experience enjoyable. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful without being pushy and had a great sense of humour. A real asset to the Bury store.

We bought your new tempur mattress from the Dreams Bury store. We were provided with alot of information to help make our decision. We weren't rushed and were given space to considered what was best for us. Delivery was seemless.
We were given a delivery time the day before and the driver called on the day. All staff were friendly and helpful.

We was enjoying a day out in bury for January sales looking around and seeing what was on, me and my friend walked in the shop and wasn't approached at first is which is what we wanted because we was only looking around, we was seeing the beds and pillows as we need a new update in our rooms! Anyway a women come over to us yesterday and said anything I can help with? I said no Thank-you we are just looking.. she then gies and says " do you 2 not have anything better to do on new years day? I said no we don't drink or do anything like that so we're just walking around bury looking for new things.. she then continued to watch us around the shop like we're gonna rob a 4 grand bed on our back? Like what? We felt so small and uncomfortable in your shop to even spend money in there! We was potentially customers on items and the staff member ruined it! I certainly won't be going un there again even if it is just to look around!
