Dreams Bury
I went into Dreams in Bury to buy a heated blanket and was greeted by the sweetest woman called Susie. She provided great customer service with great knowledge on the products. And we even had a friendly chat! What a lovely woman!

Great service, friendly and professional staff, not pushy at all. Time was taken to listen to what we wanted and we were showed a variety of mattresses at varying price ranges, all of which were suited to the requirements we wanted and the Sleepmatch scan bed machine. Definitely would recommend visiting the staff in the Bury store if you need a new bed or mattress.

Adam — dreams you need to keep this employee. I went into the Bury store this evening and I was the only person in there. Adam welcomed myself, showed me all the potential products I asked for and even went through the bed type simulation. He left me when I wanted to just browse and then helped me when I needed it.
I arrived at 7:30pm and the store closed at 8pm. I had chosen what I wanted but the store was about to shut in three minutes. Adam didn’t rush me and allowed me to close out my deals. He even made me a coffee while we sorted everything out. Adam stayed working 30mins passed the closing time for me. Absolutely brilliant service. Above and beyond. 5 stars.

Excellent in store customer service
Earlier today I went to the Dreams store in Bury, Gtr Manchester and received excellent service from Adam their salesman. He was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, consequently I placed an order for a divan bed base plus headboard. As I won’t receive the bed for 2 weeks or so, I can’t comment on the item or delivery as yet. Hopefully, all will be well.

The bed/mattress was ordered and delivered within 6 days, which was very satisfying. Communication was excellent via emails and telephone calls on delivery day. Time slot was arranged and the delivery was made. I would definitely use again and recommend.
