From sales to delivery, everything was exceptional. The entire Cambridge staff were nothing but friendly, gave independent advice and have helped no end get our perfect bed for our new home.

Superb service from the point we walked through the door to the point the delivery guys arrived.
Cheaper than we expected to pay, and arrived exactly when they said it would.
It's also a great mattress, very comfortable and good to sleep on.

We bought 2 bedframes and mattresses at Dreams Cambridge. Frances is very friendly and patient to give us good suggestions and let my family try different mattresses. We bought 2 king size Tempur at the end. The manager Sophie is also very helpful. We are very pleased with their customer service and will definitely come back again

From walking into the shop and ordering, having to call and change my delivery date twice, to the actual delivery, in the pouring rain where the drivers took off their shoes without being asked and the care taken getting the mattress up some quite difficult stairs and then talking me through the process of leaving the mattress to breathe and the warrantee, the whole process was first class.

From entering the store to choosing a mattress was seamless and professional. Staff are very friendly and never felt pressured. We settled on our choice and ordered. The purchase I've ever made. The mattress we chose was perfect. Comfortable and a great night's sleep.

This is the second time I’ve bought a mattress from dreams and all I can say is well done excellent and great service.

From the moment we walked in Dreams Cambridge Showroom Edward was welcoming, offered coffee which was good quality gave us some pointers then let us browse to our heart’s content.

We visited Dreams and truly found the bed of our dreams. All credit goes to Edward, who attentively listened to our concerns, fully grasped what we sought, and delivered something even more exceptional. Our satisfaction with our Dreams experience is immense, and we are especially grateful to Edward for his outstanding service.

The delivery experience, however, was not great. We purchased a TV bed but the delivery team had no experience of assembling a TV bed, and one of the members was rude and unhelpful.

Helpful & knowledgable in store. Reasonable prices. Acceptable delivery period. Delivery driver & mate were very quick & efficient. Everything was fully explained with some good tips & advice given.

In store help, quick delivery, help to remove old mattress, politeness and advice of care of mattress when new from the delivery men. Mattress all I would want it to be and a good price. Can’t fault the experience.

We have found that the legs on the bed are not right.the legs seam to bend outward so.causing the bed to rise at one end.the legs seem to be wrong.we measured the top of the bed.7inch.the bottom of the bed is 4inch.causing a slight slide.

Fab experience: given advice but also time and space to make our decision. Very smooth experience.

The Sleep Matcher experience was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering a wide variety of mattresses to suit any budget. Overall, it provided great value for money.

I am over the moon with my purchase

The sale team was knowledgeable and worked to my budget in picking the bed for my child. The delivery and assembling staff was punctual, efficient and friendly.

It has been a 8 months since using the bed and it remains in good shape. The mattress protector was also good at waterproofing by multiple testings.
