Excellent service!
From start to finish I’ve been really pleased with the service I received from Dreams. The store salesman was knowledgeable and helped me choose a mattress which I’m really pleased with. The 2 delivery chaps were great and took the mattress upstairs for me and unpacked it and took away all the packaging. The 100 Night comfort guarantee is better than other stores guarantees but I have a feeling I won’t need to use it as I’m really pleased with my mattress.

Edward in sales very efficient, pointed out several mattresses to meet my needs and budget. I felt under no pressure to make a decision. Delivery men very helpful, bagged up my old mattress for me as I couldn’t manage it.
Very pleased with my purchase, it is everything I wanted.

Be aware if you are elderly or buying for an elderly relative!
My mum purchased an adjustable motorised bed due to mobility problems, she has already had to have the motor replaced once as it failed and now the bed has stopped working again. She has been trying to get this repaired for weeks without success. She is 81 years old, with Parkinsons, my dad passed away a couple of weeks ago, who was able to help her in and out of bed so now it is even more imperative that this is resolved however she is now at her wits end trying to get someone to sort this for her - this does not seem to be any priority to resolve for the Customer Service team at Dreams - I cannot believe that Dreams have so little compassion for an elderly lady in this situation. Just be aware when purchasing if you are elderly or are buying for an elderly relative as you will have no assistance if things go wrong!
