Excellent customer service when I tried…
Excellent customer service when I tried out the different mattresses. I am very happy with my decision. Every single shop assistant was very knowledgeable. It speaks for the company; some have worked for Dreams for over five years. I recommend asking different shop assistants as their advice differed somewhat, though they all made sense. They just foregrounded different dimensions, and one can then choose which to follow. I would give the company five stars had it been honest about its bargain sales. The sales signs in the shop suggested that the sale would soon end to make people speed up their buying decisions to avoid missing out on the bargain. But many offers were renewed when I checked the prices a few days after buying my mattress. I don't think this is a good use of bargain sales, misleading customers somewhat.

Terrible customer service!!!
The customer service is absolutely out of order. They delivered the wrong order 2 weeks ago, I have been chasing this up nearly every day…and they say someone will call me back and resolve this. No one has been in touch. I have waited for this delivery for nearly 6 months!!!

Damaged Bedbase
The receipt and assembly of our new bed was very well handled but on my return home from an extended trip I examined the bed and found a semi-circular split on the right hand section of the base which feels to have been made from substandard material. I should point out that the bed has not been used and doesn't even have a mattress on it yet.
Having said that when I spoke to Sharon at customer services she was very cooperative and agreed to replace it, which will be carried out on the 12th Sept.
To offer some constructive comments can I suggest you review the materials used in what is a very expensive bed at £1000+. I may amend this review as the issue continues.

The whole process was very slick and…
The whole process was very slick and well executed. However, it turned out to be less than perfect. I had ordered a base and matress. The base had storage options. Because my bed would be against a wall I ordered the two drawer option thinking that the open side of the bed would have two drawers but that wasn't the case. However, Dreams volunteered to sort out the problem at no extra cost. Their customer service seems excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about buying a new bed.

Delivered on time by 2 friendly informative men was taken upstairs after they took off there shoes even took time to have a minute with my dog

1. Sales representatives were knowledgeable on mattresses and beds, and gave helpful advice. 2. Tempur mattresses' and pillows' CoolTouch cover are exclusive to Dreams--even if you shop online on Tempur's own website they don't offer it, it is a mattress cover Tempur makes only for Dreams retail. 3. Store is comfortable and spacious, a relaxing environment for mattress trying. 4. Prices were even better than on Tempur's own website.
