To be able to lay down and really experience the feel of the mattress was important to me and was fully encouraged and this definitely encouraged me to purchase.

This bed has given me back ache and is no where near as comfortable as the on in the showroom .

They was so helpful and toke there time to find the right mattress we have time to try it for a long time which you can not do just with eney were 👍 you can do with dreams

We've always bought our mattresses from Dreams & even bought our original bed from them too! The last mattress we had needed changing as it was 8 years old. So we came into our local store & told the salesman exactly what we were after. I found our previous mattress was getting too heavy for me to lift & change the bottom sheet, as it hurt my back! The new mattress is perfect & I can rotate it & change the sheets easily. We're getting a perfect night's sleep with no pain now!

First class from sales team to delivery bang on and exactly when they said

All went well no problems, except for putting old mattress in to a big polyurethane bag. What does the frail old lady do?

From start to delivery, all staff were efficient, friendly and knowlegable. The delivery crew were particularly outstanding, helping us to move unwanted items and generally very pleasant.

Really liked the relaxed atmosphere in the store with the member of staff being genuinely helpful and not just pushing for a sale. She helped us locate the most suitable mattress for a reasonable price and arranged for free delivery as well as outlining the arrangement for the old mattress to be collected (providing a large plastic bag for it to go in). Very friendly service and the new mattress was delivered as arranged. All went smoothly and am very pleased with the end product which is lovely and comfortable.

It was delivered on time. They wore shoe covers and fitted the bed up and explained everything I should be aware of. The bed is extremely comfortable. Thankyou very much.

From the start it was a Great experience walking into the Canterbury Store and Kind Young Gentleman ask if he could be of any help , and if we needed anything help just let him know so I felt no pressure from the start. We had a look and tried so many beds I needed a coffee up he come with coffee, anyway we went on the machine we found our bed Got a Deal got our pillows and got our delivery, Now I sleep every night like a Bug in a rug Lovely no more waking in the Night with back ache getting up in the Morning feeling like I ain’t been a sleep. Great
