Michele at the Chester store was extremely helpful and professional. Her knowledge was exceptional.

Delivery arrangements were carried out by Tom and his crew. They were very polite and on time. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Placed mattress in bed frame and took all the packaging will them. Had our old mattress in their van in no time.

Have not yet tried the mattress as it is for a guest bedroom. Will be tested within the next month or so.

Everything about this purchase was a pleasure from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams

Everything is greatup to now, we had a lovely man serve us his name is Graham he made us feel well at ease made us a cup of tea and didn't rush us at all, we tried quite a few matress and bought some pillows aswell and he found me my perfect one as I suffer with c o p d it was a lovely experience with his help

As i have a disability I found them very helpful I would recommend them and am happy with the service Michelle was very knowledgable I would be happy to return if I needed anything in future

After putting up with a dip in my years old mattress, I tested every mattress on the market, determined to invest in the most comfortable I could find! This Tempur mattress is like sleeping on a cloud! No more neck ache, no more back ache or twinges and stiffness in the mornings! I felt the difference within a few days plus I actually sleep right through the night now!! I also have the Tempur pillows, need I say more! It’s pricey, but worth every penny, the best investment I’ve made!

Fabulous staff in Chester branch, very helpful without feeling pressured.
Delivery perfect, provided updates. Definitely worth paying a little extra for assembly of the bed.
Quality of the bed (purchased at sale price) is honestly so good.

We visited the store in Chester, Greyhound Park and had a really positive experience. What could have been a really overwhelming decision was made easy by using the in store technology to discover our perfect mattress. We had concerns about getting our new superking mattress up our loft stairs but the staff gave us options we hadn’t thought of and are in the end, extremely happy with. I’m writing this review on our in store experience only at this point as our mattress will be delivered in a couple of weeks. Gary and store manager James were both really helpful and knowledgeable. We didn’t feel any pressure and ended up making extra purchases (for things like pillows!) which we absolutely would not normally do! A reflection of our positive experience in store!

We used the sleep match machine in Dreams which narrowed down looking for our new mattress. Sales person was not pushy. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Greg was a new staff member and helped us throughout. He was open and honest. The product was easy to buy. Thank you dreams

Really pleased with the new bed. Very easy and simple to assemble. The bed looks very smart , actually it feels more comfortable when sleeping even though we transferred the mattress from the old bed frame. I can only conclude this bed has flat slats and the old one are curved is this making the difference

Great sleep, incredibly comfortable electric bed! Recommended. Great service, very attentive. Love our new bed, only problem is we don’t want to get out of it!!

Delivery was made at the agreed time, delivery men were careful bringing in the new mattress and taking the old.

From stepping into the showroom, to ordering, delivery and setting my bed up it has been a dream. Excellent survey from all staff. The hopkins bed is incredible. Wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again

Great easy experience from start to finish

We were met by Alfie who was very polite and clearly understood the products that were available to us.

Despite us changing our requirements several times Alfie understood us and was very polite and courteous at all times, whilst demonstrating a deep understanding of the products that Dreams had and he matched them to our needs.

We are very satisfied with how Alfie assisted us through the whole process and down to our final purchase.

Excellent advice in store. Communication around delivery excellent. Delivery driver knowledgable and helpful.
