We visited the Chesterfield branch and were immediately welcomed by Drew. He was friendly and non overbearing, which is not usually the case in furniture showrooms! Drew was knowledgeable and offered different options and products for us to look at. Great customer service seems hard to come by these days and we were pleasantly surprised by all of the staff here. I had no intention of buying that day, but I wanted to give them our business based on our experience. Thank you guys, keep up the great work

I needed a mattress urgently and rang the Chesterfield store.
The loveliest girl called Katie said there was one in clearance sat waiting and sorted it me out, bagged it up and had it waiting for me.
A lovely welcome into store, easy from start to finish.
There was a man too but can’t remember his name-both a credit to your company

Dreams where a dream throughout. From the friendly and efficient sales team to the similarly friendly and efficient delivery staff to the quality product and comms. There was nothing that could be improved in respect of product and staff. The only way to improve would be a quicker turn around but understand the difficulties.

Our experience with Dreams was second to none. Top job.

Drew in Chesterfield offered us exceptional service. Courteous, knowledgable and helpful but never insistent or pressuring. The rest of the staff likewise seemed friendly, approachable and keen to help or offer drinks. We went there having already decided to buy a Hypnos mattress. The first shop we went to , we were all but ignored. The second shop, we saw one member of staff, 2 floors below us. Dreams were recommended to us by a relative but we'd not expected to buy from them. We left after spending much more than we'd originally planned, not in the shop we'd originally thought we'd spend it and never thought about the Hypnos again. The bed is being delivered next weekend and I'll update this if needed. So far I have every faith it'll go smoothly ....

Received an excellent service from Rav at Chesterfield branch. He was professional and courteous, explained about the different types of beds. He showed us the sleepmatch experience. I bought a single divan bed for my adult disabled son for a good price complete with discount and a free mattress protector. Rav patiently encouraged us to try different mattresses and explained the swatches available.I would highly recommend Dreams over and above another local well known bed supplier.

Wanted new davan only as had purchased a mattress from Simba.
The shop and the guys in there knew their stuff and we ordered from the premium rage £700 after discount och.
But to have too wait 1/4 of a year for a bed base?

It was good to identify the mattress which suited us best, within our price range.
Delivery was on the day and at the time identified.

From the moment we entered the store we were made very welcome the staff were attentive and very patient the whole way through as it took us a while to decide which bed frame we liked best.we allso had to contact the store on three seperate occassions to alter our delivery date and again nothing to much trouble really pleasent staff every time.we love our new bed and the pillows we purcased with it are brilliant too no more stiff necks in the morning. the delivery guys were allso very nice soon had it all sorted as we paid for the bed to be assembled would recommend your store to family and friends

Rav greeted us on entering the store, my wife has spoken to him on the phone, as we had purchased a bed from him previously.

The machine was used to find the correct mattress and alternative pillows were tested on the various ones recommended.

The whole procedure was carried out carefully and professionally and we would definitely recommend any one to shop here.

Great experience in Chesterfield store. Friendly staff, not pushy. Good knowledge of their products and willing to help or leave you to try the beds out in peace.
I bought a mattress (Doze cora, roll up (ex display)) in the sale for an excellent price and got 4 pillows + mattress protector in the deal. Mattress is surprisingly comfy for the price! Overall excellent experience, would recommend.

Long delivery dates. Not at all obliging when asked if possible for earlier delivery, then had the nerve to say there would be a 20% cancellation charge if we cancelled the order even though it well within 14 days since we placed the order. Very very unhappy with the customer service!!
