My experience on choosing a new mattress from Dreams at Chesterfield was trouble free from choosing to delivery.
The Staff were really helpful/friendly but not pushy ( which I hate) I was given a fairly prompt delivery day and the old mattress was taken away and new mattress put in place by two very helpful guys who even had shoe protectors on.
I feel Dreams have the right balance of customers service which is rare in these times. Well done to my local branch.

I went to dreams and was put on the bed that measures your pressure points. Afterwards I was shown a selection of mattresses which I was allowed to try, but I kept going back to the same one! I have it now and it’s amazing and I no longer sleep on the edge of the bed! I actually starfish 😂😂 on a serious note! Great service, Great mattress 5 stars from me xxx

My husband suffers from back pains. We went into store and were advised on what matress to purchase to best suit our needs. After 2 years this matress has considerably dipped on both sides despite us turning it regularly. Dreams sent out a technican to assess the matress who found that it is not dipping enough for dreams to do anything about it. I dread to think how much it has to dip for anything to be done! Terrible after care after spending £1200 on a silentnight matress with the promise of it having 5 years guarantee.. what a load of use that is. Avoid dreams at all costs - over priced, terrible service and my husbands back is in terrible pain.

Great bed good service

We are very old and we rarely slept all through the night. Now a broken night is a rarety.

The sales man Drew was exactly what A sales person should be. Friendly informative attentive but still give you space to make decisions without feeling pressured. Walking in to store I felt welcome and it definitely nice to have a personal service instead of ordering off the internet.

Second time Dreams customer, first visit to Chesterfield store. Plenty of text updates on delivery, too so I can manage my day accordingly. Great service and helpful staff at store, super excited to get our new mattress

Go my mattress a few about two weeks ago it is very comfortable and I'm sleeping alot better would be recommended buying a good dream mattress to anyone

Great experience. Went to Dreams in Chesterfield to try out mattresses. No hassle from the staff who let us try out all the mattresses in store. The manager then asked us if we wanted to try the sleep match to see which mattresses would be compatible. We were then dealt with by Kate who explained we could have the sleep sensation mattress with a combination of bed frames. We chose a mattress and bed frame. Kate got us a good deal on the price (as we had just missed the end of the sale). Very happy with Dreams with no pressure from sales reps and would definitely recommend.
