Great bed with quick delivery. Really good communication before the delivery and a very helpful amd respectful team on the delivery day

From the customer service to the delivery my experience with dreams was fantastic. I bought the ergonomic bed and it is great. Our guide took me step by step as it was hard to make a decision but everyone at dreams was so helpful

Our beds are lovely, it’s just I’m getting accustomed to mine. My old bed was so very comfortable which was a Dreams bed,I will get used to mine I’ll give it a few more weeks.

I bought 3 beds I paid £5649
And one hade a default I told them about it from the first day but its taking then 4 weeks to fixed the problem and I am still waiting they want refund my money and trading standards must investigate with this company for mis leading the public and not refunding there money were the public has a right if not satisfied with good.After I have righting this review they have got in tuch with me and offered to reimburse for the beb but I have decided to wait another week for them to replace the part and they gave me £150 wich I have excepted, I wish they don this earlier and it didn't hade to go this way

Bought one of the hand made mattresses from Dreams.
The in store customer service was excellent, they helped select all the mattresses throughout the different price ranges. We tried them all, and the one we ended up choosing, had been a great choice. Delivery was handled very well.

Debbie greeted us immediately she was very knowledgeable and super friendly; she even upsold the mattress protector and warranty.

The staff in the showroom and the delivery men were very helpful and friendly.
My new bed is very comfortable and all in all I am very pleased with my experience with Dreams.

The service from the shop to delivery was great. It was delivered in the time stated. The drivers were very helpful and pleasant. If I been another bed, dreams is where I would go.

Took my mum to buy a mattress a few weeks ago, The Gentleman who helped us was helpful and informative and talked to my elderly mother. My mum is very happy with her purchase and the care shown when removing the existing mattress.

Friendly staff fron the moment of walking into store, really helpful and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. The mattress is great quality for a good price and im really pleased and would definately reccommend this Dreams store to family & friends

5.00 pm dash to our nearest Dreams - Chingford to take my daughter to look for a new Bed and Mattress to buy. Jahannis who served us first set up the test to find out the exact mattress suitable for her and then we walked around the store trying out different brands that suited. Eventually Dreams own brand was chosen as it was cheaper and available for delivery at the same time as the Small Double Bed.
By the time the store closed at 6.00pm we completed the Test, Ordered the custom made Bed, Mattress and paid for Pillows and Bed covers that we took away there and then.
