Incompetent rude delivery driver
Had a fantastic service in the store but completely let down by the incompetent delivery driver who threw the old bed down the stairs damaging and marking the wall. Then the new matress £1000, was man handled by an incompetent delivery driver who did not wait for his buddy, dropped on the stone drive way then again man handled up the stairs and again marking the hall way walls and stair walls.

Great service, fantastic mattress
Very friendly helpful service from Karen, and no pushy hard sell to buy a high priced item. She genuinely listened to what I said I wanted, and supported the decision I made. Dreams Crawley has a great selection of mattresses, and I am delighted with the one I finally chose. It’s so plush and comfortable and very well priced. It’s definitely improved my sleep. I would recommend Dreams to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Product arrived in excellent condition and well packaged. Drivers were helpful and polite. Customer service lady at the Crawley store was exceptional.
Only one gripe and that was the time I had to wait for delivery. Too long.

Amazing service and delivery.
Amazing guys who delivered the beds really polite and very helpful, they would not let anyone help as they said it's there job really polite and friendly, also Ian from Crawley branch was exceptional at keeping us updated a real pleasure, thats why we came back after eighteen years the bed was so comfortable that we didn't want to change it, very happy customer.

The service is great , sales teams advises not pushs you into a purchase. Delivery team were great. If something goes wrong with the product and you need to replace always best to do this online. Calling will be a waist of your time
