My wife and I needed to replace a mattress we bought from Dreams under their 100 day guarantee because it wasn't quite right. They did this smoothly and professionally, and we are now delighted with our updated mattress. Dreams seems to be a company that has really got its customer service right, so I can't recommend them highly enough

Natasha looked after me from the moment I walked into the store, until the moment I left, even helping me carry my purchase of pillows, mattress protector & recycling bag to my car. Natasha was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite & took time to understand my needs. The store Manager, Ian & another colleague Nick were also friendly and chatty. They are all stuff 'DREAMS' are made of! I can't thank them all enough and can't wait to take delivery of my new mattress and get into bed!! Thank you Natasha, Ian & Nick, it was a pleasure meeting you all. I shall recommend you to all my friends & family.

Natasha was very helpful and gave me so much useful information. She was friendly and welcoming unlike the two male salesman who didn’t even say hello to me as I walked into the empty showroom.
If it hadn’t been for Natasha I wouldn’t have bought a Dream’s bed. I’m very happy with the bed I bought and the assembly service was well worth the money.

At the showroom, I laid on a bed that came up with the ideal mattress for me there was a choice of 3.
I had one of those mattresses and it is great. A good nights sleep, so comfortable. The staff were very helpful.
Delivery guys were also great.

The bed looks lovely and feels sturdy. The mechanism for the ottoman also feels as though it will last. However, it’s a shame that the bolts supplied round off very easily and no extras are provided.

Comfortable friendly atmosphere. I was shown the 3 beds that matched the results of the bed measurer. We then were left alone to try them out and discuss the differences. Natasha was great and so were thedelivery team. Thoroughly recommend Dreams Crawley.

Dave and Jamie delivered and installed our new bed. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. Talked us through everything. Very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend these guys

Ordered the mattress as part of the Black Friday Sale. Waited almost 3 months to have it delivered (outside Dreams control). However, when I went in to pay the balance before delivery, the same mattress was some £200 cheaper at the end of Jan which suggests that I was overcharged last year so we definitely paid over the odds! This, despite a so called "price match"!!
Other than question over value for money, rest of the purchase experience was great.

Great communication from the start, delivery driver was great, in fact they were well in front of the scheduled time so they kept me informed all throughout the day
