It was an easy and happy experience and got exactly what we wanted. The salesman was exceptional and so were the two “boys” who put it all together. In another ten years or so we will certainly use Dreams again (tee hee)

The staff was nice , we were dealt by Salma , the staff was cooperative and overall had a good experience.

From help in the Croydon showroom when choosing a bed through to delivery and assembly, the whole process was smooth. The delivery guys were really friendly and helpful and did a grand job.

The help and assistance in the showroom was really good. Delivery was on time and efficiently delivered.e

Bed was setup the delivery date was very far from when we ordered in store. However the negative part of my customer experience is my remote not pairing with my bed making the Manuel input very stressful when I need to use the TV element of my bed. Need assistance with this as soon as possible.

The hospitality was off the chain, the customer rep did a wonderful job giving us choices, we were served with a coffee and biscuits and the gifts of two pillows was a very good deal because we needed both, one thing I observed on entering the store it was that modern look I almost walked out until this nice gentleman approached us he was very very good, I hope dreams would give the store a more attractive look on entering

An easy and straightforward experience with ordering a sofa bed and customer service was good. Moses served us and tried to accommodate a discount and took care of us.

We bought a ridiculously expensive mattress as an investment for many years to a goodnight sleep but we're scammed by Dreams. In 2 years our mattress got pretty deep holes on both sides. We contacted customer service as we had 10 year warranty. They sent a representative to check it, he measured the hole and it was like 10 cm deep, he said to claim something the hole has to be not less than 15 cm. We were shocked that even 10 cm was acceptable. So after 2 more years it got worse. We again contacted customer service and they again sent a man. This time our hole was 15 cm but the guy said that for the claim it has to be at least 20 cm. Total joke. The service is a joke. The quality is awful. Waste of money. Don't buy Dreams mattress!

Needed a new bed so went back to Dreams in Croydon and spoke to Michael who was very welcoming offering us both a hot drink. After listening to what we needed he offered 'sleepmatch' to confirm which mattress would meet our needs. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable which enabled us to make an informed purchase. He checked whether we needed any pillows and showed us other products available. At no point did we feel that we were being given a hard sell just independent advice.
Overall, it was a very smooth experience so I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael at Dreams in Croydon.

The men who delivered the bed were brilliant and went above and beyond their duties. Best delivery men ever!

Dian who served us in your croydon store was very helpful the 2 guys that delivered the bed were very helpful and polite all arrived on time excellent service thankyou.

We bought a mattress for my mother in store, she has severe pain and is disabled due to a medical problem. The bed she ordered was delivered 2 months after she bought it due to delivery problems.

They refused a refund, however customer service also said they were unable to give any advice about mattresses to help us decide regarding our exchange options, and advised us to call the store, and told us the store would be able to arrange refund/exchange.

We then called the store who were also unhelpful, and advised we need to speak to customer service and they cannot help, and appeared to want to finish the call very quickly.

It seems the sales journey and assistance and kindness is only there until they have made a sale and got your money. Now we have to go back on hold for 45 minutes to customer services. Would not recommend dreams for anyone with chronic pain, or who would like more helpful assistance regarding their purchase or information about mattresses.

Delivery men were very good covered there. Feet when coming into my home worked quickly and quietly putting the bed together also told me how to care for the bed couldn’t fault them. As for the salesman once he had my money he left me at the desk to serve someone else didn’t seem

My experience at Dreams valley park branch , was pleasant and enjoyable. And that was because, Diana!! The sales lady, was welcoming , approachable, friendly and had lots of knowledge about the divan base “what”I was interested in . Plus the delivery guys were very professional…

I went to the purley way store in Croydon where I was greeted by Salma. She offered me the sleepmatch service which tells you the right bed for your body shape and sleep pattern. Salma then took me on a tour of those beds to test out. I told Salma exactly what I needed and bought 2 bed frames and 2 mattresses with her help. She offered me and my son a drink while we completed the purchase and was very friendly and welcoming. She stated how much she loved her job while we chatted and it was clear to see by the advice she gave. I would highly recommend Dreams and especially Salma at the Croydon store.
