We had an amazing experience with Nina, from helping us find our perfect mattress to suit our sleeping styles and pains to finding us the perfect bed frame. Super helpful and friendly throughout!

We were met by a lovely young lady called Lily who put us on the Sleepmatch machine and talked us through options of beds and mattresses. It was near closing time but we weren't hurried at all.
Went back the next day to recheck all our choices, Lily again helped us. She made us a coffee then talked through insurance & delivery options.
She worked out some great discounts for us and couldn't be more helpful
Now we are really looking forward to our delivery in October

Excellent customer service, wide range of choice

This was a textbook transaction. The store was nice, the selection was excellent and the assistant, Nina, was perfect, highly knowledgeable, unhurried and, most important, no hard sell. A lift was available to get to the upper floor, which was essential as my wife was in a wheelchair. We got what we wanted and the services we needed.

It was due to be delivered 26/7/26
When it arrived mattress lost !
Paid to have it assembled and it was broken at end of bed ! Delivery guys took photos
Phoned customer service they said would deliver following Saturday / waited NO delivery
Called on the Monday as Not open weekends !
Arranged for replacement bed and mattress to come Wednesday 26/8/26 mattress finally here but wait still nothing for bed ????
Continuous calls to customer service - wait on line daily

Promised technical support ?

What a joke !!!!! £2500 and i still have a damaged bed

Attentive Salesman, not pushy.

The Jay K Sleep motion beds and Navy velvet frame look marvellous. Coupled with the Tempur Pro Air Plus Smartcool mattresses make this bed just divine to sleep on. We had the best night's sleep ever. Having had the mattresses matched to the firmness we both needed was the best thing we ever did.

Staff pleasant knowledgeable and helpful.
Delivery men clean and tidy

Nina spent time with us first taking measurements on the 'test bed' and then letting us try out the various beds that matched our requirements. At the end we chose a Tempur mattress and we are pleased with the choice. It is comfortable and cool in these hot nights.

The entire process of obtaining my new mattress was 100% professional and very easy. the staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. the delivery driver was prompt, gave a curtesy call and the delivery was quick and efficient.
