Well organised in store when purchasing product, delivery was on time and fitters wore protective footwear which was much appreciated, efficient in assembling and polite and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic mattress should have got one years ago , never slept so well . Back ache , knee and shoulder issues virtually gone and only had it 2 weeks . Well worth the extra money if you thinking about getting one,( don’t ) , just go and buy one can’t recommend enough, very very happy

Purchasing a bed couldn't have been easier. Options available were clearly explained and no pressure was applied. Delivery was exactly as described and everything was delivered on time.
Instructions for assembly weren't as easy as I would have hoped and took a bit longer than the prescribed hour but everything fitted into place.
This was purchased for my son and he has slept soundly every night since

Adam was great and super helpful answering all our questions quickly. We got to the mattress which was right for us after using sleep match and a couple of tests on different types. Lets hope he's still around in 10-20 years when we need a replacement.

The lady in the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable, the delivery was on time and straight forward, also they were very polite and considerate, and respectful they wore shoe coverings as not to get any dirt on my carpets.
I am more than satisfied with the mattress and also my experience with dreams.

We went to purchase a couple of TV beds along with mattresses from you Meteor Centre store in Derby and from the moment we entered the building John and his staff made us feel very welcome and did not hesitate when I asked “Cheekily” for a coffee but this was no trouble to the staff at all. In truth we felt like we were and would always be a very valuable customer.

Our experience was just second to none. Many thanks to John and all the staff at the Meteor Centre in Derby, we will definitely be back to purchase our next bed.
