Piece of bed missing
Piece of bed missing. Reported it over a week ago . Didn’t hear nothing for 8days. Still haven’t received missing part so unable to assemble bed. Been contacted now by the customer service team and now everything sorted. Happy with the response of the customer service team

Amazing Experience
Met by a friendly, smiling member of staff, Sarah Kozaczek who put us on the sleep machine to see what mattress suited our needs. Helped us choose within our budget and never made us feel pressured to purchase. Delivery staff were amazing too. The staff in this store was really good, Sharon who was helping us was really fantastic, she was really knowledgeable when explaining the differences between the mattresses.
We couldn’t have got the mattress we got without her.
The mattress arrived a week later, the drivers were punctual and friendly.
The mattress is so comfortable, and had a really good nights sleep.

Great experience in store with salesperson very good and helpful,we chose a mattress under the impression we had a trial period
Unfortunately we cannot get on with mattress has it has sunk and now not as firm as we anticipated. I called the store to explain and was informed that because we bought a mattress on offer at less than full price the return offer didn’t apply ,we were advised to contact customer services
So not very happy at the moment
