Everything was perfect from start to finish & just love my new bed!!!

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable of their products, they gave us time to think, no pressure to buy and no hidden costs when we sat down to purchase our chosen bed. The bed was delivered on the agreed date, they messaged the day before then again on the morning of delivery to keep us informed of expected delivery time. The delivery men were polite and respectful, wearing shoe covers to protect our carpet. They built the bed and took away all the packaging, leaving no mess. We are happy with the bed it is of good quality. I would recommend this company, and will shop here in the future.

We entered the Dreams store on York rd Doncaster, welcomed as soon as we entered. We saw the bed machine(suggests which mattress is right for you). We went on it and I can Highly recommend you go see Sharon and her colleagues. Never had more than 3hrs sleep. Always woke with a bad neck ,back, hips and shoulders. Now I'm like a new woman, who suffers with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis. But being in my new bed I'm pain free in the morning. I love my new bed. Perfect night's sleep.

Sharon was an excellent sales person in the Doncaster branch of dreams,she had 16 years experience she wasn't pushy . Everthing was explained after lying on the bed simulator regarding the most suitable density of mattress for me Only two suitable for me in pocket sprung which I wanted I found a suitable one the Brookfield with a £100 off I very happy with everything about the service from start to finish as I stated in last review .i saw a review for Dreams Dublin awarding it 1star mine and most other dreams customers experience is the complete opposite.I would definitely buy again.

The service at Dreams Doncaster is second to none. Sharon was excellent and we got a great replacement mattress at an exceptionally good price. It's the 4the mattress we have bought from this store for around the house. The quality of the mattresses are really good too. Even the delivery guys couldn't be nicer. No hesitation in recommending Dreams to anyone.

As a newly married couple, we visited our local store; Doncaster, hoping to find an ideal new bed for us to start our married life. We had quite an open mind for what we were wanting and our salesperson Sarah was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Sarah was obviously keen to make a sale but at no point did we feel pressurised or rushed into making our decision. We were given the opportunity to use the machine to match us with a suitable mattress, we gave a budget for Sarah to work to and the trip was a great success!! Sarah is fab!!
