Customer service delay time
Customer service delay time, no information, paid in full a month ago, hard to extract any info. Very poor. Matthew
Happy with the product and had good experience with my purchase
Excellent customer service. The Metro centre shop manager was very helpful. Also, the delivery driver called me well in advance and came on time so we didn’t have to wait all day.

Mattress losing shape
We purchased a mattress from Dreams, and it cost £1,499 so we expected a very good quality mattress. We followed the recommendations of turning the mattress 180 degrees every month. Very quickly the mattress lost its shape and there was deep indentation on both sides of the bed that we sink into. This was not what we were expecting from a ‘firm’ mattress.
After reporting the issue, we were told that they would send an inspector to the house to assess the mattress and that this would be booked within 48 hours. Not once, but twice, the inspection wasn’t arrangement and we had to call them to see what was going on. On the third attempt, an inspection was finally scheduled more than a week later. Despite the visible and obvious large indentations in the mattress, the inspector had a measuring device that was meant to measure the size of the indentation, apparently up to 4cm was acceptable and therefore this is seen as not a problem. Additionally the measuring device didn’t work well, it was a very inaccurate measuring method . I am not sure who makes the rules that says 4cm is acceptable but it not the customer. It seems like a rigged system designed to make it look like they have acknowledged the complaint, but so they never have to refund.
The mattress was a complete waste of money, and I am amazed they think that is acceptable and are not offering a refund. I will never buy a mattress from dreams again.
Great quality all round
Staff were very friendly, polite and exceptionally helpful.
They provide a great service.
So many beds to choose from.
I purchased a mattress, which was delivered within a very reasonable time frame.
The men who delivered the bed were just as awesome as the shop staff.
I would highly recommend buying from Dreams
A very comfortable bed
Salesman in the store was impressive. Didn't harass us but was avaiable when we wanted questions answering. Ordering and paying went smoothly. Delivery date was good and the delivery and installation went very smoothly. And the bed itself is very comfortable
Not Good With the vulnerable And Disabled
(Update 7 July after this manger call KISHAN said the could offer an early date he left it to his colleague Wayne to book a date , they have blanked most of my emails and I'm still waiting on delivery now i know full well they take the disadvantaged disabled and the vulnerable for a ride take the mick out of us i would have expected a lot better from dreams ! I think they push for the we will build it for u so we don't realise thst the goods are second hand !)
(Oh no another up date after some Glimmer of hope by one of their senior customer relations being very kind offering a earlier date and actually understanding the issue he had left it with one of these minions that did not book the date that the senior requested and now is bullying me trying to stick up for the first bad eggs and saying " we only send brand new items" so again taking the mick out of the vulnerable not believing me and I think what they're doing is hoping that the vulnerable and disabled will not notice the second beds I have solid proof it would have been nice to build upload some photos on here with the evidence I have is this another reason why they're push for the assembly service so the customer doesn't see the shoddy items now there technical manager swore down in the last 10 years he has never seen nothing like this well all you've got to do is a web search to get to the bottom of that they left me feeling pretty hopeful now I feel depressed again)
( UP DATE had some one reach out to me via the customer relations and I must admit I am quite impressed with the customer service received this is what I thought they would have been from start to end they've got a few bad characters there that I had the unfortunate for my first point of contact, they have been kind enough and offer me an earlier date which is the seventh but I'm still waiting for this to be confirmed, ALSO THEY HAVE NOT PUBLISHED MY HONEST REVIEW ON THERE WEB SITE which im not happy about
--------------------------------------------------
They have sold me a second hand sleep motion 400i with fingerprints scratches and ripped material and crease marks in the top soft bit where it has been blatantly used by somebody before, first advisor did not want to believe me and told me I have to wait three weeks to get a new one the only thing that he was confident in telling me it was basically a bugger off in Disguise was you can have a refund then after speaking to the technical manager he first did not want to believe me even even after sending photos
I have some mobility issues and a bad back and bought this bed to help me so we had to throw my other bed in the bin beforehand now I'm left with just a mattress on the floor it is causing me severed distress and pain having to get off the floor I thought using a big British company like dreams they would not be this second hand rogue trader type of behavior, they have said that I could use this secondhand bed for now until my new one comes but they weigh 45 kilos for the top bit where the head goes and 45 kg for the bottom bit where the feet go so it's not easy just to get it out the box of again and set up it
Absolutely gutted, very bad experience so far , if they were to contact me next week and say that they could deliver it like next week then I would be happy to remove this review but as it stands unfortunately I have to leave this honest review just so the next person does not have to go through this
**⭐ 1/5 Lost my order, no apology, then wanted to keep my money for two weeks
I ordered a mattress from Dreams on 29th June and was told delivery would take around 3 weeks, which was completely fine by me. Fast forward to 7th July with no delivery date in sight, so I called to chase it up only to be told they'd lost my order due to a systems change.
At no point during the call did anyone say sorry or acknowledge the inconvenience this caused. I then asked for a refund, and was told it would take 10–14 days to process. So not only have I lost my mattress order through no fault of my own, with zero apology offered, I now have to wait almost two weeks to get my own money back.
Very poor service and a frustrating way to treat a customer who did everything right. I'd think twice before ordering from Dreams again.

Changing delivery date
In store service was excellent and we are excited to receive our new mattress.
However, when trying to change the delivery date, I was told that this cannot be done without first cancelling my original delivery date. This then runs the risk of winding up with a date that is further away than the original if there are no sooner dates available.
I have to say, absolutely, diabolically appalling system you have there. You're telling me there isn't any possible, conceivable way that you can have the delivery availability shared with the sales staff to provide quality service and peace of mind? Your logistics department must have a calendar somewhere, a timetable or availability sheet that can be integrated with the customer service teams.
Don't understand why I have to gamble on when my delivery will come.

The customer service and knowledge from…
The customer service and knowledge from Adrianne was brilliant in helping me buy a new mattress and bed headboard for my son’s bed. A very positive experience
I would expect better from a company like dreams
So after a bad experience at basildon branch, i was told that Chelmsford branch was much more knowledgeable by friends/family so I went to chelmsford branch and ordered a bed with a knowledgeable colleague called Roam, but once I ordered and booked in delivery I found that the date wasnt agreeable, called customer servuces on the monday after placing on the saturday to be told dreams would be taking their system offline for a week so I wouldn't be able to change the delivery date but moving by a week wouldnt be a problem. Have tried to change now and after 30 minutes waiting to get call answered get told end of august is earliest delivery date, said I had been advised moving it a week wouldnt be a problem and the answer was well that was last week and now its end of august. Advised i would have to think about cancellation and was told by hanzer in customer services yeah thats no problem. Hanzer in customer service needs some customer service training.

So far lived up to sleep and comfort expectation
The bed was comfortable and helped my back problem . Only had a limited time to try it at present due to house moving .
Dreams
Dreams, it is certainly the place to go and source your new bed. The technology they use to find a mattress that suits your needs is very unique compared to other companies. There is also a really good le el of stock to try within the store, which was all supported by the help and assistance with the friendly team at the store. Overall, very happy with the whole experience.

Enjoyable experience
Knowledgeable, friendly staff in store who did not pressurise when trying to make a sale.
A set delivery date and easy finance set up, ensuring a smooth experience overall.
The mattress arrived as organised within a 2 hour time slot and was hassle free. Smart, friendly delivery guys were efficient and helpful, also knowledgeable about the product, advising us to remove plastic and let mattress breathe etc.
I would definitely buy from Dreams again.
