Great staff in the branch very helpful couldn’t have been better.

Friendly knowledgeable member of staff, who knew her beds and mattresses.. Helped source the right beds for our needs. Explained the detail on the bill and arranged and contacted promptly on delivery date. Great service.

DONT BUY A TEMPU MATTRESS FROM THIS COMPANY AS WE WERE LIED TO ABOUT RETURNING THE PRODUCT AND GO DIRECT TO TEMPU COMPANY THEM SELVES ONLY TO BE TOLD THE SALES LADY LEFT WITHIN DAYS OF US BUYING JUST OVER £2,000 MATTRESS ITS NOT FIT FOR THE PURPOSE THE MATTRESS HAS BEEN IN STORAGE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS NOW COSTING MORE MONEY TO STORE
We had no choice to put the mattress in storage which day is best for you to look at the mattress as we need to arrange a van to deliver the bed to our home
And possibly back to storage
We were never told that we took out insurance from your company
Reading the other reviews clients are writing it's not worth the paper its written on
We have now spoken couple of solicitors they asking why do you need the mattress back at home when you can see it in storage

Great shopping experience. We were served by Luke who made the selection process easy. We used sleep match to narrow down the appropriate beds, which lead to us finding the comfiest bed in a timely manner.

I have a mobility problem and I need a firm, high bed to sit and get up from. Dreams Durham had the ideal bed for me and I am very pleased with my purchase and it is very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

From walking into the shop in Belmont, Durham, to having my bed and mattress delivered, it has been such a lovely experience. The staff in the shop were very professional, accommodating, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products they were selling.
The delivery drivers were on time, kind, helpful, and happy.

Efficient friendly service and a great mattress

I needed an unusual size of single mattress, 200 cm long. The busy saleswoman found what I wanted and arranged delivery.
This arrived at the time predicted by a cheerful man who took his shoes off at the door.
The whole experience was good

Comfortable feeling for an older person when calling at Dreams Gilesgate Durham.
Rachel was very respectful kept out of my face but said I’m at my desk please ask if I can help in any way..
She explained colour runners on mattresses to help me to decide what firmness I needed.
Slowly and careful took me through screen order to ensure that I was ordering what I needed.
I have since been back to see her an ordered another 4ft bed. She is a credit to your company as are the lads that delivered my bed and headboard x

Following on from previous review. Delivery arrived on time. The gentlemen were polite, humorous and efficient.
Old bed gone and new one installed without fuss or bother.
However, due to my disability, I found the mattress too firm for me, even with a feather mattress topper.
After a week, I spoke to Leanne and she told me that they ask clients to keep the mattress for 30 days to ensure it hasn't settled in the meantime.(?)
Anyway, I have this for another 23 days and we will see what transpires.

I found the staff in the store very helpful and also pleasant.
The delivery guys were great , respected my home by covering their shoes and they carried a heavy bed stead upstairs.

Leanne in the durham store was really helpful when we were placing our order for one single and one double mattress.She arranged delivery date which arrived as planned and delivery driver and helper placed mattresses in rooms on beds for us and were very polite and professional.We would certainly recommend Dreams to friends and family.

From entering the store we were treat with kindness and professionalism. Katie assisted us from offering us tea and coffee, to using the sleep match studio to assist us in finding the perfect mattress. She went above and beyond and we left the store having purchased the perfect mattress. Highly recommend Dreams at Durham
