The young lady Sarah was very pleasant…
The young lady Sarah was very pleasant and patient with my wife and I.We were shown to several areas until we decide which one to purchase. The lady was very professional and knew the sort of bed we needed.We did not feel pushed or pressurised into buying as we are both senior citizens and careful what we purchase.Once again we felt welcome in the shop and many thanks to Sarah .

We ordered a duvet to go with the mattress and still it has not been delivered. Not good.

Great service all the way through his purchase. Shop guys were great as were the delivery boys. Kept informed all the way - couldn’t ask for more which I might add is rare in this day and age. Well done Dreams!
Still testing the bed so will comment on that later.

First class. Got a bed mattress review before buying the perfect bed. Great service. Fantastic delivery. Very polite staff, tidy and effective service when delivering and assembling the bed. Covered there feet before coming into house and left guidelines on the bed and explained all that needed to be know.
