I arranged for the dismantling and collection of the old frame, and it was refused by the delivery team. It is very poor service in this respect.

Whilst I understand your frustration, our disposal service is disposal only. It does not include dismantling your old bed. Our delivery teams will try to help wherever possible, however they operate on quite a tight time schedule, and often it is simply down to the fact they do not have the time allowance to do so.
I can see that we refunded your disposal service for you, but still carried out the service, so I hope the fact you had this free of charge goes some way towards restoring your faith in Dreams.

Good experience overall
A good experience overall from sales at the store to delivery of the items. The bed looks great and the mattresses are, as expected, very comfortable. However, the storage space in the bed is not as deep as needed, unable to store a medium sized suitcase which is disappointing. But would recommend and use Dreams again.

Dreams in Edmonton have an amazing sales team, particularly Rebecca. She walked through the Sleep Mattress test and found us the correct mattress for our budget. She acknowledged our needs for speed and offered valuable advice. Nice and friendly throughout.

Visited the store in Enfield
Visited the store in Enfield, with my mum who suffers from back pain. Brought an extremely expensive mattress which after 16 days from initial delivery began to have a dip in the middle in the middle. Which was evident even before lying on it. And not very firm at all. Rang the store to be told nothing can be done about it the gentleman who answered the phone in the store very happily told me even if a exchange was given and if the new mattress was cheaper silent night would keep the remaining amount as they appear to have a no refund policy.
Then I rang customer services to be told the same. After some very frustrating explanation I was told an inspector would come to see if the mattress was faulty. A chap came who immediately told me after measuring the surface that the mattress is faulty as the dip was way deeper than it should be considering it’s less than 3weeks since bed delivery. He even told me that the mattress shouldn’t be dipping this much. Apparently it has a threshold of 30cm but my mums mattress had dipped over 35cm….so clearly i knew I wasn’t going mad. I mean I’m literally 4’10” and weigh 45kgs. There’s no way I am that heavy to sink in the mattress that quick!! BUT THE BEST PART is to. Come..he then picked up the mattress and changed his whole argument. He then said the mattress was sinking because the base was slats. And this was the cause. Apparently the mattress doesn’t work with a slat base bed. WELL NO ONE TOLD US THIS WHEN WE SPENT £1400 ON THE MATTRESS. TO SAY MY MUM IS DISTRAUGHT IS A UNDERSTATEMENT…my mum can’t sleep on this mattress and no one has sought to help offer a solution.
A shambolic level of customer service we’ve ever experienced. No way would we recommend this company to anyone.

Customer service in Edmonton branch was very good and approachable.
Got the mattress we needed at a stonking 60% off on the day so it was a plus.
Mattress Campbell medium was superb. Our backaches in the mornings disappeared.
Delivery men kept us informed of the delivery window and was very helpful
Never ever ordered from Dreams before, it will not be out last! Great all round experiences.
