BEWARE - DON'T BUY IN STORE, only online purchase covers you if you change your mind
BEWARE: BED FRAMES Not allowed to be returned if bought in store. Every shop on earth allows returns - Dreams only allow you to change products within 48hrs after sale. Sales REP did not even mention that bed frames are not refundable!!!! If bought the same item on -line - refund given. if bought in store, even though the item wasn't on display at the store and was only shown to me on-line/ computer, still counts as "seen"???? No fairness in this. N****n took my call, but kept to "nothing we can do - you bought it in store"!
7/11 have checked all T&C and nothing is mentioned differently about purchasing in store.

I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our terms and conditions.
With the environment in mind, as a company, we send order confirmation and our terms and conditions via email. We do have our terms and conditions on display in store. With this in mind, we offer our customers a no quibble cancellation without charges within 48 hours from placing their order if the terms and conditions are not suitable for their requirements.
In relation to not seeing the bed in store, the defining factor is where the contract is agreed – thus where the order is placed. Distance Selling Regulations offers customers the right to request a collection and refund in line with our terms and conditions should they wish to return the product. However, this does not apply to orders placed in store. In store, you have the benefit of seeing similar/other products and have customer advisors who can help and offer guidance.

Shopping experience
Upon arrival I was met by a friendly staff who welcomed me and introduced me to the sanitiser machine. He was knowledgeable and helpful and polite. I was at comfort shopping for my product. The both team that served me was helpful.
