Naomi met us when entering the store and explained to her the type of bed we had and needed to replace the mattress. I had details of what model I was looking for along with measurements of the frame and front door for access. She was extremely helpful with excellent product knowledge explaining details of the mattress and what delivery and collection options were for our old mattress. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience.

We were warmly welcomed to the store and were allowed to explore different furniture in our own time. Once we were decided what we want, the store personnel helped us to choose from the available deals. The customer service was exceptionally excellent and very friendly.

Service from staff brilliant. Product knowledge of staff in shop and delivery guys great very good instructions for looking after the mattrass.

Buying the new mattress was easy, with a very knowledgeable salesman.It was delivered exactly on time and the delivery men were very helpful and got it onto the bed, and removed the old mattress for recycling.

We tried the 'Sleepmatch' bed to find our perfect mattress but when we were shown them in the store we realised they were way out of our budget. I admitted this to the sales assistant Naomi and she was absolutely fine with that and then showed us the beds and mattresses on offer that were similar to the more expensive ones. She was great. In the end we got the perfect bed and it came in under budget. Couldn't be happier. Delivery was timely, went without a hitch and the delivery team were great.

Craig at Dreams, Elgin was excellent and helped us find a mattress and base that suited our needs best. The wait time was around 3 months. They expedited it by one month; unfortunately it was a day that we were at work, ended up waiting the full 3 months. The delivery team was great and took great care during moving and assembly.

The whole experience of buying a new bed set was guided by Naomi , who is knowledgeable about the products and extreamly helpful throughout . The bed we bought is fantastic! .
