new bed hunting
Andrew in the Erdington store made my purcgase as good as it could have been,
i went with a pile of questions as i had researched the website prior to attending.
all quetions and any fears were dispelled and the maner in which i was treat and dealt with was very good indeed.
store was clean and well laid out.
would recommend to all.

Excellent service.
Excellent service. There was a small problem with the bed height, but as soon as I raised the issue, I was contacted by a company spokesperson, who immediately got to work to try and resolve the problem.
The bed itself is very good, with unmatched quality when compared to other bed companies. If you are looking for a good quality bed for an elderly person then I believe Dreams should be the first company you should visit.

From the moment I went into the store I felt valued the Manager Richard was so helpful, courteous and took time to find out my needs. I was purchasing a mattress for my son who is poorly and unable to get to the store, his recommended a mattress that has proved perfect and took time to explain options to us if the mattress didn't suit.
