Explained issue and they were very helpful and understanding.
Had my mattress exchanged with no extra charges for deliver
Also compensated for original delivery and issues.
Very helpful on line and when picking another more suitable mattress.
Overall the after service was excellent and issue was easily resolved .
Definitely will visit them again.

Good service in store and nice delivery. They texted the day before with the 2 hour slot and the delivery guys called 15 min before it was due to arrive.
The only down thing was to wait a few weeks for its delivery to make it coincide with the week day I could be available at home, otherwise, good 👍🏼

From the time I went in to look for a new bed, to the nights in my new bed... Was all a dream 😁. Claire was a great help in the Erdington branch. The number of beds I tried wasn't a problem with plenty of advice. The delivery was quick, clean polite and thoughtful.

We are really happy with our new bed, Dreams were very good at helping us to decide which bed suited our needs and didn’t push us into spending more than we were comfortable with. I recommend them if you’re looking for a new bed

Was misadvised that both bed and mattress will arrive same day, when called store they didn’t care just said they are delivered by different partners and can’t reschedule even though they were in store when I came in, so why couldn’t I just pick them up, rang again to cancel mattress as brought from elsewhere and didn’t want to help said ring customer service, you will not receive aftercare from this store

Everything about this purchasing experience has been a dream. In store, we were served by Tracey who was incredibly bubbly and knowledgeable and helped us to find the right bed and mattress for us. The team that arrived at our house six weeks later to set up the bed, worked incredibly quickly. And now we're enjoying our new purchase and the best sleep we've ever had :)

Brought a bed and a super king mattress off Dreams a few years ago and the mattress has had a fault and pretty much collapsed and thus not providing the support. Fortunately i had taken out their insurance - i would recommend this. Sent pictures and had an assessor visit to check who said there was a fault and it has been replaced - David at their customer service centre was so polite and helpful and so was everyone i spoke to - and now sorted a replacement - veyr impressed.

Brilliant lady called Clare assisted us with our purchase great service made simple can't say enough about her.
