Staff were helpful and knowledgeable but allowed us to spend time looking at option without being pushy. We were given a delivery date and the evening before given a 2 hour time slot. Delivery men were prompt, assembled the bed and took the old mattresses away. A good team job all round.

very happy with the delivery service and tge guys doing the delivery but the manufacturing need more to detail as I was shirt on washers for tge bed we bought so had to go buy some myself

Excellent service and good choice of mattresses
Very helpful on both visits to the store. We were not rushed into making a decision and all our questions were answered. We actually changed our mattress between order and delivery and this was handled quickly and easily.
On the day of delivery the communication from the delivery team was excellent and they were friendly, efficient and helpful. What more could we ask?
The mattress after a couple of weeks is great, fingers crossed it stays that way.

Great value for money
Great sales approach - knowledgeable, helpful but not pushy. Delivery very smooth. I love the fact that the men wore over shoe protection and brought my old mattress downstairs for me. My new mattress is excellent value for money. Happy customer

I was in need of a new double bed…
I was in need of a new double bed urgently to allow my elderly parents to sleep downstairs. Simon who served me could not have been more helpful finding s bed in store and sorting delivery within 3 days.

I had my new bed, mattress, headboard delivered 17.01.24. I am delighted with the service I received from start to finish. Nicky new all about the products the store had for sale, listened to my needs and delivered first class service.
Delivery men arrived on time, assembled the bed and removed all packaging. One delighted customer here, thank you Dream’s.
