Dreams - Finchley Reviews 

We were looking for two mattresses and wanted to explore what we could buy and try them out. One for our daughter & one for us.We were looked after so well by Audrey - using the machine that assessed your sleeping position and level of firmness which would suit us- very helpful. We found two we liked but were not pressured. We went home & next day went back & bought them.Delivery arranged . A very positive experience for us all.

We have just moved into a new flat and needed 2 new king size beds and mattresses. We visited Dreams in Finchley, north London.

We were warmly greeted by Audrey, who was very product knowledgeable. She took a great deal of time and care with us to use her product knowledge to determine which mattress would suit us best.

Delivery was amazing and our beds arrived 5 days after we were in the store. We took the delivery and assembled service. The team were very professional, efficient and friendly. They ensured we were completely satisfied before they left, taking all of the packaging materials with them.

I could not recommend Dreams highly enough and would suggest, if buying beds and mattresses, that the delivery and assembly package is well worth taking.

Grate advice in the shop. Mattress is just fantastic. I'm sleeping very well now 😴. Thanks 😊

I visited the Dreams store in Finchley Central due to severe back pain, and Audrey was incredibly helpful, letting me try out many different options. I decided to purchase the Sleepeezee Matilda K Mattress model. I waited two months before writing this review, and after two months, my back pain is completely gone, and I haven't had a bad night's sleep since. It's a very high-quality mattress, especially if you have back pain, and I highly recommend it. When you visit the store, they give you plenty of time to decide on the mattress that suits you best, and they offer all the options available.

The mattress is very good and firm. I like it because l have not suffered from back pain since I got the bed.

The delivery guys were great and the salesman I dealt with in store was very helpful. Your customer service and head office set up doesn’t work very well and is not customer focused enough.

So far, we are pleased with the mattresses but they do smell strongly of chemicals

From going in to Dreams , the service in the shop by a very helpful an knowledgeable staff member to excellent communication re delivery , day of delivery they were early , all went very smoothly , would highly recommend

Very good quality

The member of staff was extremely helpful and very patient allowing me plenty of time to 'test' different mattresses until I found the one most comfortable for me. She was also able to answer my questions about Tempur mattresses.

Not happy with matters

My purchase was exactly as advertised, delivered on time, and the delivery people assembled it in a very short time. I would like to express my gratitude to them.

Went to the Dreams in Ballards Lane. Needed a new mattress as my father just passed away from stage 4 bladder cancer and my mum was no longer able to use her old bed for sanitary reasons. My mother and I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Alistair. He was very helpful and took an immense amount of time to help guide my mother for a new bed to suit all her needs for comfort. At an already great discounted price.Alistair was patient, kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. Everything you could possibly wish for especially during a difficult time.

So thank you Dreams and especially Alistair for the terrific service and quality products ; ensuring maximum comfort at a very reasonable price.

Excellent service right the way through from purchase to delivery

The sales team were extremely polite & knowledgeable about their products. We were shown various mattresses and based on their good advice were happy to purchase our new mattress, which was delivered within a few days after the purchase. We now a good night's sleep & wake up without the usual aches & pains
