The store colleagues were all lovely, happy to help and provided good well informed advice. Amanda made me feel welcome and looked after while I decided on my mattress. We have had it 2 weeks now and it's a very comfortable purchase.

All of the Dreams staff were fantastic. Went over and beyond. Amanda in the shop was amazing lady so helpful and lovely. The delivery boys were excellent and very nice lads. Well done to all. The new mattress we purchased is super.

Really helpful sales staff who listened to what I needed and helped with a variety of choices. Delivery went really smoothly and the bed was easy to fix the headboard on.

There was a slight issue with a screw not going into the headboard as though there was no thread on the inside for the screw to go into but the aftercare as great! They sent someone around to fix the problem and even had a new replacement bed in the van incase they couldn’t fix it. I would definitely use Dreams again.

This company do everything well from the moment you enter the shop to the delivery. My old bed was dismantled and taken away quickly and with not a single bit of mess. The new bed was assembled quickly and every bit of wrapping was taken away and the bedroom left spotless. I can’t speak highly enough of Dreams

the shop assistant were very helpful and nice not pushy I told her what my budget was and we got the perfect mattress and 4 drawer bed perfect we are very happy and having great nights sleep why we chose dreams is we seen it on TV advert very happy

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful

The assistant who looked after my granddaughter and myself had excellent knowledge. She treat us both with dignity and respect.
I also bought 2 beds a few weeks ago and was served by the same lady.

We saw 2 beds on the Dreams website, one a double and other a king size and decided to view both at the Gateshead branch. Staff were excellent and very knowledgeable. We arranged delivery dates convenient to ourselves, one of which is in a couple of weeks. Great communication throughout, delivery of the first bed on time. We paid for assembly because the beds are ottoman type. Delivery guys respected our property and made a good job of assembly. Worth the extra to have this done. Really pleased with our bed which is very good quality and comfortable. Having the same done with second bed. An excellent all round service and we definitely recommend Dreams.

Well that’s exactly our experience. You were open, honest and constructive. The atmosphere was bright and friendly and welcoming. Choosing was easy and there was no pressure to sell above our needs.

Great sales team, made very welcome and understanding. Was offered a drink during sales transaction. Shown a range of beds and didn’t feel pressured into buying anything. Very happy with the new mattress, a little expensive but I’m delighted with the comfort of the mattress
